How in the world do you play with your create team in exhibition or league

The easy answer is making sure you're aware of toggling "more teams" with the X button (on Xbox One) from "Super Mega League" to "Your's Teams".
By "Your's Team" if your gamertag is PhilS5656 it would list your teams (including created teams) under "PhilS5656's teams". Once your at your teams you can select one with the appropriate button (LB & RB for Xbox One). -
