Not even worth watching the Championship game on Monday. I despise both Ohio State and Florida.

As a Michigan fan, I cannot stand to see Ohio State win in anything. And just thinking of Joakim Noah winning two Championships makes me want to vomit.

If you're a real Michigan fan then you'd be pulling for the Big Ten.

I still never got why people would support their rivals. That would be like Yankee fans wanting the Red Sox to win if they were in the World Series.

I'm a Penn State fan, but I don't pull for any of the other Big 10 teams.

Because you support your conference, it's not hard to understand. And if you need a refresher course on why you should do this, read the forums where people trash the Big Ten in favor of the SEC 'speed" and the like.

There's no requirement to do that and especially with a team that's a rival. Some people in Columbus won't even say "Michigan", let alone support them if they ever went to the final four or the championship.

No, actually, you support your TEAM. Does Michigan or Michigan fans get some kind of reward for cheering a team we HATE?

Think about what you're saying. You're saying we're not real MICHIGAN fans if we don't cheer for OHIO STATE.

You should support your conference, but when it's a rival team all that is thrown out. You'd be extremely hard pressed to find a "real" Alabama or Auburn fan rooting for the other under any circumstances.

Yea, that really makes a lot of sense.

Spend a week completely bashing the other team and their fans, talking about how much you hate them and how all their players suck, and then the next week be rooting hard for them to win.

I can see supporting the conference, but not when your hated rivals.

I have a really hard time believing that's the case for most alumni of Ohio State. It wouldn't be one of the greatest rivalries in college football if fans thought like this.

Somewhat though Football is taken more seriously, it would be nice.

As for OSU Alumni rooting for Michigan...for one I really can't believe that and secondly, all of the OSU alumni would not root for michigan in really any circumstance.
