Some thoughts now that the game is about over:

I am surprised at the lack of athleticism displayed by UK. They are not quick, or explosive. Remember when they went full court and drilled threes all game? What happened?

The nail in the coffin was the two "three point plays". First on that charge where the UK guy made the bucket - that was a total flop and he wasn't up straight, fouling the UK player. Shouldda been a 3 pt play for UK.
Second was the Wade high rise dunk where he got fouled. Totally sealed it.

have i been blind or has Wade been close to triple doubles a couple times this tournament? he got 27pts 9rbs and 9assists. incredible.

3 out of the 8 team in the Great Eight are from the Big 12.
I repeat 3 out of the 8 teams are from the Big 12.
