Yeah I posted it in the early entry thread, seems like it's just a rumor. Financial hardship was the reason in the rumor I heard.

No, I've heard that they're not welcome back at Syracuse.

Haha, really? Jimmy B seems to always have good relationships with his players. Was this the administration or Jimmy's doing?

I have not heard anything of the sort. As far as I know Devondorf Is Coming back, take that to the bank.

Damn, losing all three of those guys is ROUGH!

Jim Calhoun announced he's returning next year, great news! Eff YahooSports and they're weak "investigation" and lame attempt to bring down UConn.

                  Jim Calhoun is a beast:

Upon being checked at the hospital, Calhoun was informed he had broken five ribs during his fall, which occurred about 12 miles into the ride. Calhoun hit a pothole and went over the handlebars. He had to wait about an hour for a bike mechanic to arrive and replace his damaged wheel, and his leg injuries were also treated during this time. Then Calhoun got back on the bike, riding the remaining 38 miles with five broken ribs.
There were a lot of potholes. I could have really gotten hurt. It was in Massachusetts, so I guess I can't blame the governor of Connecticut."

Good for Jimmy, anyone who can survive a 6 overtime loss can surly survive a fall from a bike.

The Syracuse 2009/2010 Schedule is taking shape. Looks like a pretty good schedule again this year...

November 9th - 13th (exact date TBD) - The Orange will play in the Dome against Albany in the opening round of the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic. Regardless of the outcome of that game, they will move on to the semis (fair!).

November 19th - The Orange will face-off against one of Ohio State, Cal or defending national champion North Carolina.

November 20th - Depending on the outcome of the two semis, the Orange will play either Ohio State, Cal or North Carolina.

December 10th - The Orange will meet Florida Gators in Tampa as part of the Big East/SEC Invitational.

January 6th - The Orange will host Memphis.
