Really sorry if this has been asked/discussed, but how is Nova allowed to play at Wachovia?

I remember NCState being like a 3 or 4 seed one year and i'm preety sure they were not allowed to play at RBC center.

Nova only played 3 games at the Wachovia Center this year, so they were eligible. At least I think that's the case.

They are playing lights out right now, just on fire. UCLA better pick it up on both ends or it's going to be ugly.

I've been wondering the same thing. For a team that has made its living off defense for the past few years, they've given up way too many open looks. Nova's been making them pay for it too.

Bruins might be starting to settle in now. I hope so, since this is the only game on.

I've been wondering the same thing. For a team that has made its living off defense for the past few years, they've given up way too many open looks. Nova's been making them pay for it too.

Not this year. They've allowed 48% shooting this year and they're not even in the top 35 in defensive efficiency.

Losing your best on-the-ball defender (Westbrook) and all of your starting frontcourt will do that.

I saw their defensive efficiency stat, but I still figured they'd match up better on the perimeter than this. Guess I was wrong.
