Honestly it doesnt change anything since they couldnt advance the ball and would still be taking a ridiculous shot to win the game. I wasnt going to watch the Gonzaga game but I couldnt pull myself away from it, great game.

I THINK WKU's gripe is that he called timeout after the tip-in.

Or, that's how I thought it was.

Mendez Valdez' almost full court heave wasn't that bad though. It fell short obviously, but in those circumstances, what else could you really do?

It just seemed like the ball refused to go in for Texas, and the ball just doesn't go there way right now.

I guess Im not completely familiar with college rules but a coach can call a timeout when his team doesnt have the ball?
