Can't stand when the Tarheels do this, had this game well in hand and just seemed to stop giving as much effort as they have been. I knew Nova would make a run but could have at least made them work a little harder for it.

The first five minutes of the second half is always huge, but in this game it will be even more imperative. Nova will come out aggressive, and Carolina must meet that.

As an optimist, of course not!
As a realist...saddened expectations.

Of course Carolina beat down the Spartans on the same field earlier in the year and there aren't many reasons why it couldn't happen again. There's certainly more hope in winning the NC w/MSU than w/UConn.

1. Didn't make the Sweet 16 his frosh year.
2. He hasn't made it to Monday. This game is faaaarrr from over. UNC cut a 28pt lead to 4 last year. There is way too much game to play.

Same here, I don't like how the commentators seem to think UNC has this one in hand. Nova is a very good team that is going to hang around and make this a tough game. Faaarrrrrrr from over at the half.

Agreed. Irritates me to no end. Didn't UNC blow a 9pt lead w/a minute to play @ Maryland this year? Nova has gotten the butterflies out. They are getting alot of tipped passes & rebounds. I expect a tight 2nd half.

I know... These fools on CBS were even showing highlights of the MSU game in the ACC/Big Ten challenge like it was a foregone conclusion. I had a sick feeling in my stomach after that. It wasn't even 5 minutes into the game!
