Not surprised to see Nantz calling the Final Four. He's CBS' lead commentator in like everything. The Masters, NFL, etc. I love Nantz calling NFL games, but he's simply not very good with College Basketball. Doesn't have the passion that Gus Johnson does.

From what I've heard from Kellogg this year, he's been much better than he was last year.

I'd listen to Nantz and Kellogg every game for the rest of my life if it meant I would never have to hear Reid Gettys and Dave Armstrong again.

The refs bailed Xavier out at the end of Regulation.

And I disagree with you. Miles Simon (a.k.a. Denis Clemente) never made a play on the ball. He just put his hands on Holloway. I didn't think it was a foul at the time nor did I think so after the game was over especially after hearing Digger Phelps say the same thing. You can take that bail-out crap elsewhere. Len Elmore and Gus Johnson, the BCS conference homers yesterday evening, got a little excited about that play and most people bought it.

I agree Clemente never made a play on the ball, but normally in that situation the refs call a foul. However, Clemente has to make the foul obvious and he can't just attempt to grab the player and hope the foul gets called. Xavier shot the 3 and got fouled on the shot. It was the right call, the problem is that Len Elmore went ON & ON & ON about there being a foul by Clemente. He may have fouled him and that is usually called, but Clemente has to make it more obvious. I lay that one on the K. State player and also give props to the Xavier player for then taking the shot and forcing the shooting foul. Plus he made all 3 clutch free throws.

That game was amazing and I was jumping up and down and screaming at all of the clutch 25 footers being made. Jordan Crawford is a solid, solid player. Congrats on a great year to Xavier and congrats to Kansas St. for hanging in there and weathering the counter-punches from Xavier. Good luck to the other Wildcats.
