Tough loss but not a bad loss for the Pups. The one-man show isn't going to beat a team like Pitt on the road. Youth, youth and more youth - difficult introduction to Big East basketball for all these freshman. Oriakhi in foul trouble killed us inside, and will on more than one occasion this year since we're paper thin up front. And our offense, well we need a second scorer to step up at some point this season.

No mention of the undefeated #19 / # 21 ranked UCF playing Furman tonight...nice.

I wish they got a real network to support them, Fox Sports Florida and Bright House networks rarely show the games.

Illinois is 7-7 from 3 right now. However, they're only up 23-15.

Really bad news....UofL will be without another player for tomorrow's game. Rakeem Buckles severely broke his finger this morning in practice that required emergency surgery this afternoon/evening. Buckles was our leading rebounder.

                    UofL will be without:

Rakeem Buckles, Mike Marra (sprained ankle), Elisha Justice (recovering from concussion), and of course Jared Swopshire (out all year and officially done for the year today)

Van Treese will need to really step up and play big minutes tomorrow.

Kentucky just had more horses today. It didn't help Louisville's cause when they were missing 3 players plus Dieng hurt his ankle again at the end of the 1st half so he didn't play any 2nd half minutes.

Right now Florida is up by 15 on Xavier in Cincy...Gators have been shooting well in the 2nd half, but still way too many turnovers.

How is Washington not ranked? No one can tell me that there are 25 teams better than the Huskies.

UW just swept the LA schools on the road for the first time in 35 years, despite UCLA having a 36-15 FT advantage and having three guys foul out against USC.
