Two crappy fouls cancel each other out, Butler wins by 1 which was looking like it was going to happen before Mack's dumb play and then Nasir Robinson's even more boneheaded play.

It was a great game and I don't see how people could be upset with a foul on Mack and then a foul on Robinson. Sounds fair to me to call both. You call both or you call neither. Result is the same: Butler by 1.

You're telling me exciting craziness is not March Madness?

And it's not disgusting. If you literally just called a foul on Butler, you can't ignore it on the other end.

Either you ignore both fouls or you call them both. PERIOD.

Horrible officiating, let the players decide the game by actually playing not a FT shootout at the end.

Those were both fouls. You HAVE to call both of those. Blame the bonehead players in each case, not the refs.

Its exciting I just feel a great game was ended due to crappy officiating.

Neither should've been called is the standpoint I'm taking, you need to swallow your whistle at that point of the game and let the players play.

sorry cards, but you are flat wrong, period

both plays were CLEAR fouls. A refs job is to call fouls regardless of the amount of time left on the clock. They did their job, and dumb plays on both teams were to blame for the fouls, not the refs

whats next, the refs start holding their whistles when a star player is in foul trouble?

I see it differently, Mack ran the guy out of bounds so they have to make a call of some sort. That garbage at the end, on a Howard full court heave, is something that wouldnt be called 99/100. Youve got Mack running his mouth in the guys ear, youve got Howard and his overacting on that ridiculous full court heave, I just cant stand that team and Im not even a Pitt fan.

Even if they didn't call a foul on Butler, Pitt would of still lost because that half court shot was way off.
