I am confident but so nervous for this game tonight, I cannot believe THIS team is 40 minutes away from our third national title. This game is going to be a nail-biter and I'm sure it'll be a one or two possession game in the last minute.

I don't know how I'd make it through a game like this if one of my teams ever got to a championship. Godspeed.

For us the historical context of a win tonight is gigantic too.

The only coaches who've won more than two championships: Wooden, Rupp, Knight and Coach K. Four, that's it. Calhoun joins that tonight with a victory.

The only schools with more than two championships: UCLA, Indiana, Duke, Kentucky, UNC and Kansas. Six, that's it. UConn joins list with a victory tonight. We are a damn unquestioned blueblood of college hoops with a win tonight.

All from a program that was debating if it should drop out of the Big East 25 years ago.

I know it was in the women's tourney, but I am surprised no one mentioned that ND upset UConn last night. That is a HUGE upset...did not see that coming at all.

Tough to beat a team 4 times in a year. It's not that shocking to me since ND had seen what they have 3 times before, and only lost to them by 3 at home.

Funny how my interest in the game is kinda heh compared to the other games in the tourny, prolly due to fact I no longer have to worry bout my bracktet since I won my pool.

Pretty physical game right now.

You would think Kemba would have gotten a foul on the drive right there and I definitely thought Lamb got fouled too when he shot.

The matchup of Lamb vs Mack will be really good.. Lamb's length is gonna bother Mack for sure.
