Wow. Heck of a coach, but just seems his body is not cooperating with him. Won a lot of games, that is what he will be remembered for. However he had his shares of scandals, and an embarrassing graduation rate.

I agree..he's a heck of a cheater. Did I say that? I meant, "cheater." What's going on? I'm trying to say "cheater" but cheater keeps typing. Something must be wrong with my keyboard.

P.S. This is a hit and run post. Just trying to bring a little humor here.

As a Connecticut native and a UConn fan, I think it's about time. All that he has done is great, but he misses half the year with health problems. There's a time where you just have to stop.

Obviously health was the main reason why, but I'm sure it crossed his mind about doing a calipari and cutting ties before the house of cards collapses.

              Nonetheless, great coach.

The only thing I wonder is why people don't read and/or comprehend posts correctly.

Just because u say u are adding humor to a post doesn't make it ok to kick a guy when he is down.

Lighten up Francis. Calhoun has had a great career and has had health issues for years now. I wish him well as I would anyone.

With that said, why is it ok for anyone and everyone to call Cal a cheater when he has no infractions in his entire career yet I say one thing jokingly about someone who DOES have infractions and it's a horrible thing?

It obviously bugs u when people say it about Cal so why would u say it about Calhoun?

OMG..give it up already man. How many times have you seen me personally stir the pot? Seriously. If you can't take a light hearted joke then sorry about your luck.

I shouldn't have lied and stayed out of the thread and let you and anyone else that can't take a little joke have at it.
