The Gophers are sooooooo sloppy with the ball. I swear it's like they grease up the ball, we just can't hang on to it. There were probably 5 or 6 turnovers in the first half that were just stupid "woops" turnovers, and Michigan would convert every time.

Oh well, Michigan was the better team.

The schedule lightens up now, time to go on a winning streak.

Minnesota also stands around on offense way too much. It's like if they don't get a transition bucket or something early, they have no clue what to do. Coaching.

I'm FAR from a great basketball mind, so stuff like that falls through the cracks for me. But I was watching the game with my cousin, who loves basketball. He was saying the same thing, CONSTANTLY b--ching about how we were just standing around on offense.

Michigan is the best team in the BIG TEN until someone else proves to me they're are better. Damn the Maize and Blue are good.

          I'm impressed.

It's gonna be a slugfest down to the end. Every week you're gonna say this or that team is the best. Really fun to watch.

Sucks losing two in a row, but I'm at least encouraged by the fact that all 3 losses were top 5 teams. Just avoid as many bad losses as possible and we should be fine.

edit: Oh, and I'd love to hear an explanation from Tubby as to why Mav is on this team. He's AWFUL. Notice something right when Mav came in tonight? Turns the ball over twice and leads directly to two Michigan buckets. The game went downhill the second he stepped on the floor.

Terrible first half against Tech, but the second half was great. Amile Jefferson is going to be a really good player if he can gain like 20-25 pounds.

Maybe I'm blinded by Michigan's success, but I can't remember the last time the Big Ten was this good and MSU wasn't a main cog.

Hell I can't remember when the Big Ten was this good in general.

Wow... there are tons of good games tomorrow. The best day of the season thus far probably.

also, what a stupid stretch of games MSU has starting tomorrow.

                    vs OSU
                    @Wisconsin
                    @ Indiana
                    vs Illinois
                    vs Minnesota
Then a "break" if you can call it that @ Purdue
                    then vs Michigan

                    bunch o' nonsense. What's good... 3-4?

The real break there is at home against Illinois.

LOL... maybe you are right. B1G is tough this year.

I forgot to mention then we get Nebraska, followed immediately by IU, OSU, UofM, and Wisconsin again before closing vs NW. I should never doubt Izzo, but I will be surprised if we keep the losses in single digits. It ain't fair yo, we play ALL the good teams twice and the bad teams only once.

A great day of College Hoops today. We have 6 games between top 25 teams.
