Big game tomorrow against Florida. I'd like to think we have a pretty good chance, and this should help tell where they are at right now.

I'm hoping Wiltjer and Mays are hitting the three ball tomorrow, We're gonna need it. Gonna be a tough win in Gainesville, but I think they can do it. Florida really hasn't beaten anyone this year, they've just demolished SEC competition, and that won't happen against UK, There will not be any blowouts.

Nerlens Noel vs Patric Young should be interesting to watch.

Indiana host Nebraska tomrw then Purdue comes to town hopefully for another beat down in Bloomington. Hopefully work out the kinks before going on the road to Michigan state and Minnesota.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think we have enough fire power to hang with UF right now.

I think we will at least keep it close. Them losing Yugette (I know I butchered the spelling) is going to hurt them. If UK is going to win they need to have Mays/Wiltjer be lights out from downtown and Poythress/Goodwin show up like they can, and play great defense. It's going to be tough, but it's possible.

I would still Shoryuken Archie Goodwin in the taint.. Most selfish player I've ever seen.. Even Shabazz Muhammad looks at that guy and says "damn, he's selfish"

Well I knew this team was bad, but still had a chance to play with any team in the country as evidence of the Louisville and Duke games, but not after whatever that Nerlens Noel injury happens to be.. And it sure looks like an ACL tear.. Hate that for the team and especially for that kid because he's the only one that brings it every single night even when it looks like there's no chance of us even being in the game.. He's giving 110% every single play.. Season, done.

Yeah that Noel injury looked awful. I hope it isn't what I think it is, but it looked bad.

Man, Cuse comes to UConn tomorrow, and the Hartford streets are still miserable after this blizzard. Some streets are just being plowed. Too late to move the game to Gampel up in Storrs. This is the last time these two rivals will play as conference members. Anyone remember that 6OT game in the Big East tourney a few years ago? Crazy. As Bruce Springsteen would say, "Glory Days." I will miss this game the most as a UConn fan, and hope UConn joins either the Catholic 7 and go Independent for football, or sneak into the ACC somehow, and continue rivalries with Pitt, Cuse and Loserville.

I feel the same way I feel when UK gets knocked out of the tournament, i.e., sick to my stomach. Not so much because our season was/is over (even with Noel we're nothing but an average team) but because I'm having Sam Bowie flashbacks. Seriously hope and pray it's nothing career-threatening.
