This might be a dumb question, but if this thread is for discussing every single game, then what's the point of having those region threads then?

This is a traditional thread to discuss the games as you watch them so you don't have to change threads. elicoleman used to start it, but he isn't around as often these days.

I think they've been exiled long enough. We also didn't have 4-5 of those images during the rape of pew pew pew. We have a bigger arsenal now.

In my opinion having both is more along the lines of what ITT said. Another benefit of both is that the regional thread allows for more discussion. This thread is rapid fire and for the most part if you don't want to talk about the games that are going on at that moment, you will be ignored. The regional threads allow for more substance heavy pre and post-game dialogue, as opposed to the OH **** HE TIED THE GAME! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! type post that will be all too common in here.
