Iowa St beat UMKC by 59 pts tonight. You almost have to try to be losing, to get whipped that badly.

Terrible officiating down the stretch of the CSU/UK game. Some home cookin' there.

Trust me when I say that if Doug Shows is officiating a UK game there is no home cooking. He issues, BY FAR, more technical fouls to UK in his career than any other school or ref. So far this year I have seen that refs are generally still inconsistent with their calls. They seem to be doing a decent job on the new points of emphasis but then forget about the guys driving into the lane and getting hammered.

No home cooking that I saw. What I did see was UK look like the inferior team for 33 minutes of that game.

Finally getting to watch my first SMU game. It's nice to be able to watch a good team.

BC is real inconsistent. 2-4 record but could have beaten UConn and did beat Washington. Now struggling in OT with Sacred Heart.

SMU beats Sam Houston St 72-53. On to Virginia.

BYU played pitiful in the second half last night, not making a FG in the last 12 minutes of the game, all points coming from the free throw line. They had a solid chance to win it. Van Sleet from WS ended up with a great game, and Ron Baker setting a career high in points.

Dayton played really well against Baylor, I was a little disappointed to not see them pull it out at the end. I am not a big fan of Isaiah Austin game. I watched some of the BYU Wichita State game, Wichita State looked pretty good in the 2nd half. They were down double digits in the 1st half but BYU plays so fast that it's bound to happen.

Dayton played really well against Baylor, I was a little disappointed to not see them pull it out at the end. I am not a big fan of Isaiah Austin game. Cle'Anthony Early is very good inside for Wichita, if guys like Baker can play like he did yesterday consistently, I could easily see them making a return trip at least to the Sweet 16.

EMU playing Kentucky tough right now, despite their best interior defender Riley getting into early foul trouble. Combs and Bryant III have looked alright so far.

On the Kentucky side, Harrison twins are playing pretty well and I'm particularly impressed with Aaron.
