Iowa State just nailed a buzzer beater 3 to send their game with Oklahoma State into overtime 71-71 after Phil Forte only made 1 of 2 free throws with a chance to seal the game. The previous game between these two in Stillwater went to 3 OT.

And why we didn't go for the foul is beyond me. Oh, wait it's not, Travis Ford strikes again.

Florida was the best team in the league no doubt this year.
18-0 is awesome as well but the announcers were kind of misleading saying that is the first time that has ever happened because the league has only gone to 18 games the last 2 years...

Yes…I noticed they were making a big deal about it and this isn't the first time a team has gone undefeated in the SEC. Regardless, I am happy at 18-0. When I looked over the schedule months ago I figured 12-6 or 13-5 was realistic for SEC play (and that was hoping for a split with UK).

Now the real season starts!

Yes…I noticed they were making a big deal about it and this isn't the first time a team has gone undefeated in the SEC. Regardless, I am happy at 18-0. When I looked over the schedule months ago I figured 12-6 or 13-5 was realistic for SEC play (and that was hoping for a split with UK).

Now the real season starts!

They could have/maybe should have lost at least one game in the SEC, but they know how to win and close games out very well (just like today). When you got a group that has been together for 4 years and has a lot of talent it is a great formula for success. It comes down to shooting though come tourney time for them imo. If they shoot well, they are going to beat anyone they play, but if they struggle from deep, who knows.

Agreed…they honestly should have lost the Arky game and Auburn game(Auburn of all teams). It's crazy that last year they were 0-8 in games decided by 6 or fewer points and this year they have won a bunch of close ones.

Tennessee's last 3 wins in their 4 game winning streak are by scores of 76-38, 82-54, and 72-45. Looks like the Vols are hitting their stride at the right time as Lunardi has them holding a spot in the last four in.

Meanwhile, another last four in team going into today was Arkansas who had a horrible 83-58 loss at Alabama.

Indiana is the only team in the Big Ten that gets a home whistle regardless of where they're playing.

Tom Crean spends huge amounts of time on the court during every single game, including pushing his own players....but John Beilein is warned by ****ty NFL ref Gene Steratore to get back in the box.
