We have 4. UNC, Michigan, Nebraska and Illinois. Doesn't surprise me they beat MSU at home. But I can't see Nebraska winning away from home. They lost to UMass and UAB on the road, they also lost to Purdue and Penn State on the road. Also they only have 4 big 10 wins on the road. It's great that they can win at home. That would be a huge advantage in the NIT

That was at the start of the season.

We're a different team now than we were back then. We've discovered that Pitchford is our 3rd option, Shields has come along a little better than he did at the start of the season, and Petteway is proving to be a leader. Not to mention, we beat #9 MSU on the road... regardless of whether or not you think Izzo wanted to lose that or something, it was impressive. We knocked off Indiana in Bloomington.

We've won 10 of our past 12 and have a lot of momentum going into the Big Ten tourney. Prior to tonight, we held eight consecutive teams under 40% shooting, and Wisconsin only shot something like 43% or 44%. Anything can happen.

Nebraska was a last-second half court heave by Derrick Walton from finishing the conference season undefeated at home.

This is just weird, Tim Miles for Big Ten COY.

Is losing to UMass at a neutral site supposed to be something terrible or am I missing something?

I agree that Nebraska is a killer team at home, but that doesn't matter anymore. They're playing on the road and it's crazy how different they are. They go from the 4th best team in the Big 10, to one of the worst in the Big 10. All I'm saying is, it's cool that Nebraska finally can win but it's bad that they can't do it unless they're in Lincoln. They have to beat OSU to have a shot at the NCAA Tourney. Tim Miles is doing a good job. I'm curious to see what kind of recruits he gets. I give kudos to Doc Sadler though for recruiting Shields and somehow getting Petteway.

But hey, congrats to Mike Peltz

A lot of smarter people than you disagree with that statement. Also Tim Miles got Petteway (he was playing at Texas Tech) and Pitchford (he was at Florida), Doc Sadler didn't recruit him.

And for such a terrible road team, Nebraska is 3-1 in their last 3 road games, which includes a win AT Michigan State.

No, but Doc Sadler had to do some things to get them to come to Nebraska. They could have chosen any other school.

Your last 3 road games were against MSU, Illinois and Indiana. So they are 2-1. MSU lost to Illinois at home, MSU isn't that great at home anymore. You lost to Illinois and beat a struggling Indiana team. Im curious to see how Nebraska handles being away from home, because they haven't done well this whole season

I think it's similar to becoming a fan of Butler or VCU in the tournament. It's a story...and how can anybody dislike Tim Miles?

Nope. I dislike all other B1G teams by default. Sure, my degree of dislike for them is lower, but that will change if they decide to be good for more than half a year.

Never said that once. I just said they're much better when they're healthier.

Syracuse was always going to regress to the mean hard, but good lord, 2-5 in their last 7 games?

They might not even get a 2 seed at this point.
