Utah needed that win given how close they were to big wins last year but couldn't finish ( the overtime loss to Arizona comes to mind).
I thought it was a big loss for Wichita State because they don't have a lot of chances left for big wins. They're clearly a tournament team but last night could result in a big difference in their seeding. They clearly struggled with size last night and their defense was mediocre in the 2nd half."Ma'am I don't make the rules up. I just think them up and write em down". - Cartman

Quite a sequence, I went from wondering if we could win by double digits to worrying we might actually lose. Relaxed a bit there and I hope this doesn't turn into a recurring thing, thought we missed too many free throws as well, but it is a big win for us and the conference.Apparently our center is getting a lot of attention from NBA scouts, I hope he isn't a one and done guy because he could be our best center since Andrew Bogut if he can develop well.Comment

Yup…Gators have been so disappointing and underperforming so far this year. They can't put it together for one game at all…they keep playing halves. That Texas-Kentucky game had some of the worst officiating I've ever seen. 51 fouls were called between the two teams...... That's just horrible. Just let them play. The game was going to be very physical with how much size both teams have so just take the whistle out of your mouth and let them compete. Just a shame that they completely ruined a great game with their officiating.Comment
