Louisville with their first meaningful win of the season, knocking off #23 Florida State 73-69 on the road.
And David Padgett accomplished something last night that Rick Pitino couldn't, he beat a ranked ACC foe on the road.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

That should be 2 wins over top 5 teams this week, but I guess we'll have to settle for just this one. Wagner tap danced all over their faces.Comment

Florida loses in Oxford against Ole Miss...totally deflating and discouraging loss. Up 8 with 13 minutes to go and then went the last 7 minutes with only one FG (and that came with 6 seconds left).
The regression of Kevaughn Allen is frustrating...he's too talented to play like this."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment

Miami looks pretty bad yet only trails by 4 at a decent Clemson squad. Will take it, but this team needs to eventually smooth things out or they'll struggle to 10 wins in conference play.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

2nd half was not much better. Miami played awful all game on offense, but were fortunate Clemson was never taught to box out. They were unfortunate that Clemson couldn't miss from 3 even with a hand in their face. The team has potential and is obviously still trying to figure out how to play together. Keep working on it. This team we're seeing now is nothing close to what we'll likely see in 2 months. Clemson is a pretty decent team as well. Probably should have won, really, but it's not a terrible loss.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

This is the softest team Miami has had under L. They have no fight in them either. They don't deserve to be ranked. They have no business being as terrible as they are, but no one ever takes leadership or acts like they even care.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”
