I know this isn’t answering your question, but I would have preferred a (not “The”) Jordan Era starting in 1995-96. He wasn’t in his prime, but it could have been a good season for
1) Jordan fans to attempt a second 3 peat after his first full season back from retirement,
2) the introduction of expansion teams, and
3) the impact player in the next season’s rookie class to be early cover athlete Allen Iverson.

There were reasons behind making The Jordan Era start in 1991-92, but I’m just saying I would have liked it to be for 1995-96 instead.

I would love to be able to start from the beginning of the NBA or as close to it as possible. Russell/Wilt era to Kareem era to Magic/Bird. Being able to re-write the entire history of the league in this mode would be amazing.

No New ERA's,

theyve only renames the 1981 Bird Magic Era to 1983 now. even with a photo of Young Jordan in the mix.. I was excited to have the Rookie Jordan but unfortunatley its the same roster minus Orlando Woolridge. Good thing it you can edit and add the Bulls team into your own roster update. I made a very accurate 1984 Bulls team with Woolridge include. Ill uplaod is this weekend. If intested ask for the gametag name.

Was also hoping Reggie Miller and Barkley (and 1993 Suns) would be added but are not. Again i have accurate builds of both players.

If Barkley and Miller were added there would have been an announcement. They're not going to stealth add two legends of that caliber.

The Magic vs Bird Era wouldn't be a change/rename to 1983 but already set for 1983 in order to have Michael Jordan be in the 1984 rookie draft class.

It's nice to see they're still adding small time players, which is at least one tiny encouraging sign that classic teams and players haven't been outright abandoned.
