Do you know if this affects both the CPU and the user? If it affects the user too, we'll have to rework all the CPU Shot sliders and the user protection sliders, as the impact on the CPU Shot will be greater. The situation with the user Shot sliders is a bit simpler.

Just tried it myself, great update! Mid-range defense has been improved, eliminating unnecessary gaps between attackers and defenders. You just need to adjust the shot success sliders to suit your playstyle.

I’ve had plenty of shots that rattled the rim. If you hit “excellent/excellent” then it’s usually a swish. Anything with timing slightly off but tempo excellent hits the rim.

That’s so weird! I played a full game and every single made shot for me and the cpu outside of the paint was a swish (10 min quarter). I went to freestyle practice mode and also every made shot was a swish only

What difficulty? When I play anything below Superstar, I swish everything since it’s pretty much always Excellent/Excellent for timing/rhythm. Also I’m not sure how it works if you don’t use rhythm shooting.

Only online play after the update here ... and not all made shots were swishes ... PS5.

In play now offline all made jumpers are swishes. It was like this at 2k day too. Hopefully they fix it because it kills the immersion. If not, I’ll just reinstall when the season starts

I use real player %. Not all swish

I’m playing on PC offline HOF, every made shot outside the paint is a swish since they released the latest patch, maybe on other platforms it’s not an issue but on PC, everything is a swish for the last couple of days
