I'm cautiously optimistic, I want it to be good but I've never liked the AI logic in trades and signings in 2k games so right now I'm worried. I like the innovation but if we still see stupid moves its gonna kill the game for me.

Offline Association/season with friends is all I really do.

Same. Multiplayer association takes a big chunk of my play time with the game. Still buying though just for those next gen visuals plus everything else they've announced so far.

Sigh, this just took the wind out of my sails. I guess I will be running a association on pen and paper (or excel) using exhibition mode. I just hope the Show does not follow suit this spring.

I wouldn't say that quite yet... they did no talking about Online other than the Park bit.

Really disappointing this...was so much looking forward to it but this has knocked me back a lot.

I like to play tv director and GM and be able to pick and choose any games to play/watch as cpu v cpu.

Hopefully league pass is still in the game giving us the ability to watch/play any teams games....I just hate 1 team GM modes...getting knocked out of the playoffs to be told who has won...imagine if the tv companies did that and your team was knocked out or didn't make the playoffs and you weren't allowed to watch the finals because your team isn't there....it's a similar thing for no multi user mode, particularly if we are restricted to just that teams games.

I am on the fence about this. I think that offline association with multiple teams is awesome, and have many good late nights spent playing it. However, I usually only start doing these after the game starts to get a little stale. And it seems that the going stale point for this has been pushed WAY WAY WAY (WAY^19th) far back with all the new improvements to everything else. Plus, it's going to be back in a year probably anyway. So honestly, I think I will be just fine exhausting the potential of all the other modes, and probably filling in the voids of offline association with Online MyGM perhaps? Either way I think the loss is more than made up for. I don't see how people won't buy this game for only that reason, it's still gonna be an incredibly new and more in depth basketball game. I don't get how any basketball fan could be disappointed.

I'm still buying it since the improvements are good enough to justify. It just looks like I will have to stick to exhibition, playoffs (if in), and myplayer sadly.

Multi-team Associations were a family/friends tradition. It's gonna be sad to see it go. But I play alot alone more, so it's not the end of the world.

For me, considering this was the game that was going to affect whether I went next gen or not right away I probably just won't be buying a basketball game. If I bought a PS4 or Xbox One then I would've tried Live out as well just to see how it played. But from what I saw of Live it isn't worth a next gen purchase.
