Just found a little glitch. I was playing with the Hawks and 3 scripted storylines were all occuring at the same time:

1) Big time agent wants to sign me
2) Asked GM for trade
3) Aaron Affalo wanted me to be his sidekick.

Anyway i accepted the sidekick role cos i knew i was going to another team, but guess what - Aaron Affalo has followed me there!! Weve now got a reasonably strong bench!

Played about as perfect a rookie showcase as I could have, good performance , A- team rating and I still got drafted by Hawks down the draft, I mean c'mon . No diff then when I got fair and a C rating

How come I'm not a starter yet? It's February 13th as of typing this. I've been selected for the Allstar game and I'm playing amazing. Avg 26ppg 4.5ast and 2.3 rebs and i'm still sixth man for the Lakers.

I was drafted by Pistons and played with them until 25th December, then I traded to Warriors and played for them until 29th January and Now I play for Lakers who i'm sticking with, not had the cutscene where I start though?

I'm getting frustrated with the 3 PT shooting on this game. I have a 6"3 Athletic PG with 3 PT, shoot in traffic, shoot off dribble, deadeye and I will sometimes shoot a wide open 3 PT with excellent realise and A+ timing and he will miss it :/ but then I'll shoot a 3 PT that isn't excellent and A+ with someone guarding me and it will go in. WHAT the **** is going on

wow youve been traded twice already? Gives me hope. I asked to leave Atlanta, got traded over to Orlando who are even worse, and i told the coach i dont like the star player. Have played 3 games since then but no trade news or any GM meetings.

I have to ask how you guys are all playing. I have not been able to get MyCareer or MyGm working. It will go for awhile, and then kick me out and erase my progress because of the servers.

I've even tried creating a new MyCareer and right before I play in the Rookie Showcase, it will crash and send me to the title screen and somehow replace my new file with the one I deleted. I've even shut off my Xbox after deleting my old MyCareer file and it comes back and overrides my new one.

MyGM will let me simulate to the end of the current season, and then kick me out and won't keep my saves or anything. Extremely frustrating as I really enjoy the game when I get to play it! But it seems as if not everyone is having the same problem as all of you guys seem to be progressing in your careers.

This is on Xbox One.

Damn bro, sorry to hear that. I'm on the ps4 and I have honestly encountered little to no problems whatsoever. I only play MyCareer though or play against my friends when they come over and what not. Keep your head up. Maybe try tweeting 2kSupport or cussing out Ronnie on Twitter. I've honestly lost a lot of respect for this franchise and I no longer hold NBA 2k in the highest of regards like I have done in the years previous. Then again, maybe that is my fault. But honestly, they really need to get their act together because I will not be supporting them anymore if they continue with this bullsh*t. This is not just a phantom issue, I feel that a lot of players are in the same boat as you and that really sucks man. Especially because some people just bought next-gen systems to solely play 2k14. So dissapointing to say the least.

Is there a way to change the players contracts for every player in the league? I'm asking because I just got done with my 1st season & I saw a bunch of ridiculous moves like kobe is with the heat, mello to magic etc.. & know I want to start over...

When someone asks you to be their sidekick what happens?

If you say yes your team chemistry goes up and your local fans, but you get beta dog personality badge

and if you say no your team chemistry goes down and your local fans, but you get alpha dog personality badge?

Can't confirm if you get the Alpha Dog badge but I know if you agree to being a sidekick, you do get the Beta Dog badge but you can still get the Alpha Dog badge later in your first season, when you reach over 2 milion fans on Twitter.

Is it safe to play myCareer? I haven't played in weeks and I don't want my save to get corrupted or something like that.

Just had the b.s. scenario where you're up big, and sit the whole 4th quarter to come in and miss the last shot.. perfect post up and same shot I make over and over.. obviously a miss so you get your butt chewed. pathetic scenario since my rotation minutes are 41 and I played all of 22 minutes to run this thing. Up by 16 at half.. up by 12 when I saw midway through the third .. and against Phoenix who was on a 8 game losing streak in the season.

So it's time to get chewed out by Evan Turner.. the sidekick b.s. and get a finger pointed at me haha..

Third meeting with the "bad" agent.. declining that crap
