-drafted by the suns with the 30th pick (played like crap on purpose in the showcase in an attempt to get drafted by the knicks)

Had alot of fun playing with the suns (im a 6"5 pg) they kept switching me from pg to sg every 2 minutes it was annoying but i still went along with it.

Eventually decided to tell the GM i dont get along with bledsoe in attempt that they would trade him and make me the primary pg of the team.. Gm asked me if i could work it out and i chose no.

Agent eventually tells me im in trade rumors blah blah

Bledsoe meets up with me he"s feeling good about us and thinks we can make an incredible duo if i take the sidekick role haha wasnt happening and i let him know that

GM eventually tells me ive been traded to the knicks (the team i chose as my favorite team) in the trade the suns recieved udrih, and 2014 1st and 2nd round picks

I took feltons spot quickly (about 3 games after i arrived)

For some reason kmart got traded to the memphis while i was still a member of the suns

Yeah that’s the trade glitch (or trick, if you prefer) that actually gets you to the team you want. Why they even let you pick three teams when you demand a trade is anybody’s guess, because you almost never go to the 3 you choose, regardless if they are the top teams that want you. It’s a good thing the guy who found this did though, since there’s no free agency. I used it to get to the Bulls.

I started before they fixed the trade logic for disgruntled players though, so the bulls have Boozer and Noah for bigs along with 2 scrubs. We’ve got Ray Allen, Stephen Jackson, Luol, Rose, Butler, Jason Terry, myself (SG), and I can’t remember the backup PG’s name. Boozer’s injured and they’ve got freaking Deng starting at PF. The backup bigs don’t play much and I’m constantly running with 3 other wings on the floor. Occasionally it’s all guards with Deng at C. It’s maddening. Needless to say we get crushed on the boards every night. And Rose is coming off the bench because he’s got a nagging injury.

I’m probably going to try and get a couple of them traded for bigs. I’m worried about getting myself traded though because my GM and Teammate chemistry is below 80% still since the trade and I can’t seem to raise it much outside of GM meetings, which are sparse after season 1 ASG. My teammate chemistry is still in the freaking 60’s. Hopefully they won’t trade me for demanding some bench players get traded.

I recently started my 2nd season and I no longer see the screen that shows you which teams are interested in you. Has it disappeared for anyone else?


I just won a title with the Hawks, and hoped to get traded to the Lakers. I'm a PG, and the Lakers currently have Kobe, Carmelo, and Pau.


I asked my GM to trade Hortford, knowing that they'd probably get rid of me. But I was taking a risk because I couldn't even see who the interested teams are.


So yeah... I am now on the Utah Jazz.

Did you choose Utah as your preferred team when your agent asked you at the beginning? That’s usually who you go to. I assume you know you don’t get to choose teams when demanding your teammate be traded. I still see the interested teams when I go to MyCareer in the menu between games on season 2.

I am absolutely infuriated by a My Career that I was having a lot of fun with. I'm a 6 foot All Around PG and I was drafted by the suns. I wasn't liking how the situation was playing out so I get traded to Minnisota. We are a winning team, all is well. I get the start after a few weeks at PG, then things take a turn for the worse. We hit a 9 game losing streak, through which Kevin Love decides I need to pass the ball to him more. Ok that's fair, I begin passing to him, many shots he doesn't convert. He's mad at me after nearly every game. Then, coach gives me the goal in game, I s**t you not, break the team record in points or I will be benched. My PPG is excellent for a rookie, 19.4 I believe at the time. I barely crack 20 guarded by Russell Westbrook and I'm met with a punishment far worse than being demoted back to 6th man...starting Small Forward. I'm now 6 foot tall guarding Kevin Durant and Lebron James. My Turnovers per game has jumped from under 1 a game up to nearly 4.5 due to multiple 10+ TO games guarded by much larger defenders. God forbid Pekovic goes down with an injury or they might start me at Center. I was having so much fun with the mode but it's just turned into pure hell. I'm about ready to give up.

So it's not just me, it's EVERYONE going on inexplicable losing streaks & suddenly accumulating MASSIVE turnover totals (that the game 'logic' is creating) Wow!! For me it all changed after the update last week... Why is 2K punishing us. This is torture. If not for my youtube channel I would be done with this game...

Speak for yourself my teams barely lose id like to go on a losing streak.

yeah could be. I don’t know when I first looked at it. I’ve been playing key games so I could’ve been a few more games in before I saw it. I asked for a teammate trade at my first GM meeting of season 2 and it worked, though. Maybe I just got lucky.

Damn, so I saved up 12,500 VC for the LeBron XI's and can't even equip them because I don't have a shoe deal??

Don't they become free after you get the deal? WTF is the point in buying the shoes then?!

I tried making a C, 6"11, all-around. Played very good in Rookie showdown getting A-. Selected Boston Celtics as my favorite team. During the pre-draft interview, 2 teams that interviewed me was Atlanta (1st interview), blanky I said dont want to play as PF. Boston was the 2nd interview and tried to ace the interview.

Draft day...Boston did not select me...it was Atlanta picked me as their 2nd pick in round 1 after Boston selected another one. OH IM PISSED...DAMN IT 2K ... wTH IS THIS????

I see two problems. 1: picking Boston as your favourite team effectively prevents them from drafting you (for some weird reason that's how it works). 2: Boston can't draft you even if you didn't pick them as your favourite team.

In years past, you could go as any pick in the first round. Granted, getting picked first overall was hard but beyond that you could figure out the stat line and/or interview responses to go to any team on the board. This year it's very limited, and only a handful of teams are able to pick you.

What difficulty/settings would you recommend for this mode? I started out using superstar sim but near the allstar break things got really cheesy like HOF and we were losing a lot of games. So I switch down to allstar and were just blowing teams by 25+ each game. I then go back to superstar and the computer can't miss like HOF. Where's the medium at? Either my team all plays like all stars or like scrubs. I've been playing 2k for years and have never really had difficulty be an issue but I just can't find a good fit right now.

Somebody explain this to me. Rose has been injured with a strained quad, but even with the -4 hit to his overall he's an 89. Why the hell is he coming off the bench and freaking Greivis Vasquez is starting over him at 73 overall? And Jimmy Butler is now fully healed and 81 overall, but Stephen Jackson is starting at SF at 77 overall. Wait till you hear my lineup: Vasquez-PG, myself-SG, Jackson-SF, Deng-PF, and Noah. The bench consists of Ray Allen as sixth man, followed by Butler, Jason Terry, Mike Dunleavy, Tony Snell, some crap center named Festus (FESTUS!), and THEN Rose and Boozer who's out injured. Not only is Rose last in the lineup at 89, but wtf is up with this team makeup? Jason Terry was brought in in exchange for one of my only posts with all these other guards, AFTER the trade logic was supposedly fixed in patch 3. I'm flabbergasted. The gameplay is obviously the polish on this otherwise steaming turd of a game. I'm not gonna trade it in but I'm sure as heck gonna be waiting before I throw money at 2K15. /rant

Sorry I know the wailing about the shortcomings of this game are getting old. I just can't believe they put out such a massively flawed piece of software for $60, and then have the nerve to try and micro-transaction us into oblivion.
