I believe this to be true, lol The Thunder are my Hometown team I bleed Thunder Blue. I have tried all positions, with many showcase scores interviewed many times with Thunder and never even close to getting picked up by them. always just before or just after.

I'm curious, has anyone actually managed to get injured in this game (not including that little sprained ankle or whatever it was cutscene in the first season)?

I believe this to be true, lol The Thunder are my Hometown team I bleed Thunder Blue. I have tried all positions, with many showcase scores interviewed many times with Thunder and never even close to getting picked up by them. always just before or just after.

Theres actually a pretty big list of teams that won't draft you. I know you can't go in the top 3 no matter what. Also the pacers, clippers, bulls, Knicks, Mavs, Celtics and nets will not draft you.

Soooo is there any reason in particular that you aren't allowed to change your socks at all? Just wanted to switch up my look a little with some longer socks but I don't see anywhere to actually do it.

97 OVR 6'10 SF traded from Portland to San Antonio for Danny Green and a 1st and 2nd rd pick.

First game with SA, we play Portland. This will be interesting.

its crazy that as anti social people are on this form they will quickly type the results of their games when other people really don't care. But then never respond to a quality thread about the actual gameplay or mechanics. Times sure have changed

Finally made a guy I'm going to stick with. He's a 6'4" scoring guard who is basically a replica of Austin Rivers. Got drafted by the Pelicans too.

About five or six games in and he's progressing slowly but surely.

Same reason you can't change your number. 2K rushed out a beta product and charged $60 for it.

NBA 2K14 (Next Gen.) Official MyCAREER Thread

Does anyone with multiple mycareers profiles notice any change when you switch between playing them? I was playing on my profile with the Kings and we were on a winning streak, doing well, and shooting pretty high percentages.
I get a little bored and I decide to switch to my 76ers profile where my teammates can't make a shot. Then I switch back to my Kings profile to play with good teammates, and now my they can't make any shots here. My teammates are all missing the wide open shots and lightly contested layups that they had been making the whole season. The only reason I can think of to explain this is because I changed profiles.
Before I switched profiles, the Kings were on a 7 game win streak shooting above 50% fg and 45% from 3 in that span. Now since I changed profiles my team has shot 38% fg and 27% from three. Anyone else ever notice anything like this?

Hadn't played much the last 3 weeks.. played the last 2 days to get my all star games done.. my first year player on the sophomore team? .. I forgot how many completely random turnovers you commit .. I had a quadruple double with 10 turnovers.. 12 assists and 18 rebounds in a game just before the all star games.. a hint of lag when hitting the pass button and the open guy now isn't open.. balls going off defenders legs.. what would actually be a kick (when what isn't a kick is called one in 2K).. and still having Rubio run to where I'm standing open and hand me the ball.. then it gets knocked out of my hands.. I can't go 4 minutes into the game without at least 1 if not more of those happening then it snowballs

Another major injury for my Timberwolves team in this game.. the latest is Corey Brewer.. he was shooting 6 of 6 with 15 points in this current game I'm in and now he's out 4 weeks with an ankle.. Kevin Love hasn't played in 4 weeks of games.. Barea is out the season.. since week 2.. it's so bad the game now has Turiaf AND Shabazz Muhammad playing regular minutes on my team .. somehow Rubio hasn't gotten injured yet.. which would be REALLY pathetic with Barea gone.. not that it can't happen in real life but it would make the game unplayable

Without Kevin Love, Kevin Martin, and Corey Brewer for at least another week NBA time besides Barea..
