Are you gonna pick up NBA 2K14 for current gen since it's most likely gonna get a price drop and RED MC 2K14 should be launching in a couple weeks?

That's been my gameplan with Next Gen. See what I could do and get what has my wants.

I didn't realize RED MC for 14 was coming out so soon...my plan is to get 14 when I can edit it like I want. Of course...there are still issues with CG I don't like such as removal of freelance tendencies and hotspots...but IF I can move some work over to 14 I will.

Yeah. I'm more optimistic on RED MC than Next gen with the info I got. But 2K will get me again later maybe not now, but later.

Still an improvement over cap from CG imo. Those CG players stood out for all the wrong reasons and looked horrible (even when done really well)

If you want your CAPs, all you have to do is put the fake players you want into a draft class and sim one season.

And if you're interested in making fake players and teams I would think you won't mind simulating a season since you're going for customization over realism.

people use CAPs to make actual NBA players that aren't in 2k official Roster and missing players from the Legends teams.

So your backhanded customization versus realism shot doesn't work here.

I'm sure they would've loved to get it in but they can only do so much in a relatively short window. Chances are it'll be back next year. What they've done so far has been pretty impressive. Think of this as the foundation of whats to come. Thing's will only get better my friend.

Great idea. Can't wait to see what thing are coming. Have yet to grab a 360 version of 2K14, but I'll try to find a copy from Black Friday to Christmas. I hope it goes down a lot cause if it's still $59.99, that will suck.

Unacceptable if you ask me. I mean, this is next gen...no excuse for this. Very bummed .

Excuse could be "New Engine." Just a thought... Ported animations and stuff, but overall a completely rebuilt ecosystem because of the style of developing a PS4/Xbone game. I wish I learned how to code, then I could work as an intern after high school and learn from them if I truly, devotedly, wanted to. Them as in Leftos.

I don't mind them taking away editing faces for year one that just puts them in situation where they have to comeback with a game face like feature(hopefully better) as that is now the standard. I think if they left the editor from cg they could have afforded to leave it the same for a few more years. Now they must come with something great in 2k15.
