Re: Official "The Park" Thread
Does anyone know if you have to activate anything for your myplayer attributes to transfer to the park. For example I have 90 dunk and 855 vertical, both normal dunk packages and park dunk packages equipped but I cannot dunk. It also appears some of my other attributes like dribbling, shooting, etc... did not transfer over to my park player. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.Comment

Re: Official "The Park" Thread
Just wondering who here is as into this mode as I am. I rarely play games in my career anymore because I'm too busy balling in the park. Playing full court 5 on 5 is such a blast but I think I might like 3 on 3 best.
I teamed up with two random guys who actually understand ball movement and team play and it was such a good feeling holding down the court until the servers ended our run.
Anyone else feeling this mode (when it works)?
Also there's never any notifications but do you earn VC for this mode and if so how is it determined?
I do enjoy it though. I've met a couple of decent players I'd like to team up with more when they're online, once the server issues are fixed.
Also, the more I play the park the more I wish I had a mic. So much sh*t talk that I can't reply with my great wit lolComment

Re: Official "The Park" Thread
My 96overall 6'1 PG is useless in the park
Cant shoot due to lag
Cant strip the ball even from players that went AFK
Keep getting dunked on even if im in perfect position to contest the shot
Impossible to rebound
Most of the time playing with monkeys on the team
Really wish i made him taller damn it
Get active hands, you should at least be taking fouls
Your guy will get posterized so easy when he's 6'1
Again, your guy is too small to rebound effectively
Make some friends
Taller and heavier is the way to go! I saved up some vc after finishing 1+ seasons with a 6'3pg, skipped to key games, and dumped about 50 000vc into my park player, a 6'9 245lb sf. I still get posterized but not nearly as often as I would playing someone with pg size.Comment

j/k
I think it has to do with your players tendency's in MC. I know for a fact I couldn't throw an alley-oop in park mode until I spent some time working on it in MC games. As far as dribbling/shooting is concerned I don't know. I didn't notice much of a difference going from MC games to park in those regards.Comment

Re: Official "The Park" Thread
pick/win only works with iphones, us android users (the poor population) don't get anything from it. It's been a known issue for over a month so...any year now a fix should be coming!Comment

when u r a pg in this mode and hindered by lag, you cant do much (cant shoot, defending ie strip them when they take it to the basket, takes some time but possible)
so i pretty much play with my other myplayer, 6 10 PF, and i can effectively make an impact playing perimeter d, block shots, setting MEAN picks, going for every rebound, passing/smart outlet passes and offensively just going for dunks/layups and the occasional mid range jsComment

Re: Official "The Park" Thread
Does anyone know for a fact signature skills work in The Park? I just know I have chasedown artist offline and i don't notice it at all online.
Also, does anyone know what accessories work? It appears no arm or legbands. Jewelry, sunglasses, hats and headbands yes though.Comment
