Same problem.
On PS4, after patch number 3, I have not the choice to choice a playbook in the quick game.
I only see the strategy of team without have to access other teams.

What do you mean here? For me I can only assign plays once I get into the game (don't confuse this with being able to edit the playbook). Nowhere on the game do I have an option to view a teams playbook or edit rotations. Its really frustrating. Being able to run plays is a huge part of 2K for me.

For example, I want to mean that I can not to use Bulls playbook if I take Wolves team (in playing quick game).
We can to do on other 2k version.

Yea I think you're having the same problem as me. I worry that it won't be fixed because it seems to be only a few people having this problem.

I agree how do they expect us to use plays otherwise, we can't learn 28 playbooks, or only choose one team all the time! Let's keep this thread alive

You is correct, The communnity did its best , to weed out the BAD PLAYS, problem is the plays is still breaking off, long road this yr with PLAYS, and the PLAYBOOKS

Yes that's what Im referring to. The off ball screens and cuts are very hard to see with the on court font they use.
