I am beging to hate this game. The grapcis are amazing but the computer scores way way to much in the paint and it sounds like mygm is broken. I now that association had some problems but sounds like mygm has even more with this kevin Durant thing it is something that didn't happen in association mode last gen and even though we knew we wouldn't beable to control all 30 teams we didn't know that we wouldn't beable to turn off player rules and chemistry and not beable to turn those 2 things off is killer. Mlb the show has never had problems in the game and in franchise mode that are even close to being a game killer like this everone could learn form the mlb the show franchise!

MLB: The Show has it's fair share of franchise mode issues as well so let's not go there.

Superstar players not getting signed, a few years into the mode players are averaging 200 RBIs and 60+ HR's a year, prospects not developing correctly because potential is bugged, and a ton of other issues.

So, saying that games should learn from The Show isn't really a fair statement. I love the Show, only reason I bought a PS3 and PS4, but their franchise mode has never been the best.

This mode is a joke. You don't make enough VC to get upgrades and spend on things like film rooms and training camps. That results in your coach and owner getting pissed, which is not good. Contracts are screwed up...I have starters asking to be sixth men. Greg Monroe wanted an extension for 6 mil per year. Dude will EASILY get over 12 mil per when the actual off season comes. Oh, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has been out with a torn ACL for over 2 and a half years.

mlb the show has never had anything close to a broken franchise mode. Nba 2k has had bad sim stats for years bad trade logic for years broken player rules and chemisty for years and form the sound of things none of it has been fixed and now the broken player rules is worse because you cant turn it off and now it looks like stars are singing for to little witch means you could probley get a alstar like team to easily. Mlb the show has great sim stats in till you get to like year 5 or so and superstar players do get singed in till later but mlb has by far the the least amont of problems of any franchise mode. I have never seen guys with 60hr and 200 rbis intill after like 5 years or so. Nba 2k has had like the worst franchise mode in sports games for sever years and that is a big reason I skiped nba 2k13 and thought about skiping this year to but mygm sounded so good but some how it may be even worse now.

No I know it is a flaw what I am saying is that it seemeds like all sports games have so sort of trouble with franchise mode with stats and trade logic and how gus progress or decline how ever mlb the show is better at those sever things then like any other sports game out. Where nba 2k's trade logic is way way worse and so are the sim stats. Nba 2k to often teams that don't have much talent do good and to often teams that should suck make the playoffs and that dosnt happen often in mlb the show teams that should be good are good and teams that should suck do suck most the time. Nba is not the NFL where there are disspoting teams all the time and supprised teams all the time. For the most part teams you know if they are going to be good or not. Also mlb donst have a broken chemisty issue that causes half you team to be upset and there rankings to go down because of it and making half your team wanting to be traded and you cant sing guys who are superstars for low amonts of money witch it sounds like is onther issue that this game has. Nba 2k put a lot of good ideas in the game. I am just frutratied because franchise mode is by far the most improtent thing in a sports game besides the game play and this game has way way more issue then it should in mygm mode and if 2k had kept the ablitiy to turn off player rules that would help a lot with the issues. The game already had some issues in association mode in the past and now this year we have new issues to go with the old ones that are still in the game. Bad sim stats, players being traded to often and bad trades, players singing for to little the list just goes on and on.

I honestly wonder what their testing process is like for these modes. Do they know this stuff happens and just don't know how to fix it. Or do they just not know how to fix it. Or do they just not catch it. I would love to have a job just simming through seasons and pointing out what is screwed up in associations.

Strongly considering going out to buy current gen right now. I understand wanting to build a foundation but certain things need to functional. Star players taking extreme discounts on contracts, ridiculous trade logic and the minutes distribution on teams is quite bad.

I recommend you guys just go back to (30 Team if you want) 2k13 or 2k14 CG Association. Wait until next year when hopefully MyGM has been mostly fixed. Right now it's completely unplayable.
