I just want to use custom rosters in MyCareer, and save custom rosters, instead of downloading it from 2kshare everytime.

Also, another thing about substitutions in MyCareer is they rarely take you out when you're in foul trouble. You can pick up your 5th foul in the first minute of the second half, and they leave you in.

Patch 3 is the big one folks. Lots in there, so it's requiring some solid development time. This patch just resolves a few key issues to get some people playing and to ensure a few key services are functioning correctly. The lead time on patches (from when we're done to release) for XB1/PS4 is upwards of 2 weeks depending on first party load.

Any ETA on when you are going to touch the rosters?

Just off the top of my head…

- You have lots of older players who were judged on different scales so they have inflated overalls.
- pass ratings are dated
- You still have guys on the wrong roster
- Missing players that were signed years ago
- Guys with typo (accidental) tendencies and ratings
- You have the number one team in the west ranked 22nd.
- You have guys who are completely missrated ie overrated (poorly scouted) just to raise an overall like giving Lillard a 99 runner when his runner sucks.
- You have ratings that have not been touched for years like Aldridge still has his rookie str rating at 60
- The Trail Blazers are misrated up and down the rosters, Meyers Leonard cant shoot, Claver has poor defense, Freeland is behind Leonard in your depth chart, Batum has the ratings, tendencies, plays, of a catch and shoot player when he is a hybrid.
- You don’t use advanced rebound stats so guys who box out their man but have low rebound numbers have such low rebound ratings they let the ball bounce off their head
- You have the ability to add accurate wingspans/measurements. My One rsoters gt Max1000000 has the Heat, Trail Blazers, and Lakers with proper wingpsans/standing reach estimates and it really does improve the graphics. How could you not add something so easy and so impressive?
- Guards have overrated speeds. Every PG that isn’t old ie Nash and Andre Miller has like an 88 to 99 in speed yet athletic bigs are capped at 75. This is one of the reasons LeBron is somewhat overrated. He is in a game where he is the only fast 260 pound dude.


You guys need to humble yourself and admit that your rosters are weak. The shooting ratings are ok until you get to the layups then they are arbitrary. The only way they can be fixed and maintained is if you do a ground up every rating rerated based on as much empirical data as you can muster. And that is only half of the equation. The playbooks, hotspots, and the tendencies need the same treatment.

could you explain what substitution glitch you're referring to? i have several issues related to the subs glitch, one of them is being a starter, playing 41 minutes, 24 minutes of that is being played on both 3-4th quarter no matter if i committed my 5th foul early in third or shooting poorly. Under normal condition, you'll be yanked by your coach.

I'm talking about the glitch where once you enter the game, neither you or the 4 teammates on the court with you get subbed out...regardless of foul trouble or fatigue. Not really sure about the 3rd-4th quarter thing, but I know I started the 3rd quarter on the bench(6th man in rotation). I played most of the way through when I was subbed in... About 18 minutes in the second half.

Anyone know how to change rotations in the game? Like access resting players like Greg Oden or James Jones on the Heat? This is something simple that they don't make clear

Can anyone confirm if this patch resolves the issue in My Career where you are basically stuck at 0/20 during the shooting practice drill?

You can beat this by doing leaning jumpers.

my save still doesnt load game crashes trying to load save. I'll keep it for when the next patch starts since i started a new one already(like my 5th time lol)

The patch did not solve the error code crash that happens! I will not restart because I actually put real amounts of money into my player!

Well before the patch I wouldn't be able to load my career. It would crash on the loading screen. After the patch I was able to get passed the loading screen get into a game but then after the game it would crash. After being on it for like 20 minutes now it won't load pass the my career loading screen again. Smh 2k needs to get their stuff together. Been like almost 3 weeks now that I can't play my career! And I drop like $20 on vc already

Oh and we really really need custom defensive settings back asap

Out of all the flaws in this game the clueless rosters and the removal of custom defense settings bites the gameplay the hardest.

My Career @ break between the third and fourth quarter the game just keeps showing shots of the two teams in huddles at the bench. It's the timeout that never ends. This happened before the patch and after. I left the room and came back 25 minutes later yesterday only to find it still in eternal time out mode. Frustrating this time because I was in a great battle with the OKC Thunder. Ugh.

hopefully they addressed this 3-4th qtr issue, when you're a starter. thanks for the info though.
