Well..... just got this for the second time..... when I got home today. The first time was yesterday..... I was able to fix the problem by deleting yesterday's saved user data from system storage, and then downloading the most recent user data from online storage. When I did this....it loaded my career up as if nothing was wrong.....and I played till 11 pm last night. I got home today....got same error..... after loading my player it gave me the ******** instead of my name and then this error. I tried the same fix.... no dice.... so I deleted everything off of system storage and downloaded the user data and slot 1 data out of online storage for the most recent. Again....same error. I've tried everything possible and at one time worked on computers for a living. The problem....is that the file that 2k has on THEIR server is corrupt. Has nothing to do with anything on our game. I've tried everything that I know to do....and it loads my career with the ******** as your name....then error's out.


I lost a 5 year my career as a result and about 30.00..... as I purchased VC through the first 2 years.


Has been my favorite title for the last 3 years.... but won't be buying in lieu of all the probs I've seen in these forums.


As a footnote....the free agent glitch in my career is also there for anyone who doesn't know. You do NOT go to free agency. Your contract defaults to 0 dollars/VC in a 2 year deal.....which I was already frustrated with.

never had this error but after purchasing +mid sleeves and equiping im now randomly getting this when i try to open the attribute menu in mycareer, but a simple restart of the 2k client fixes it

I just backed up my saved data and re-installed 2K14.

So far, everything is back to normal.

I have the exact same MyCareer error as you on both of players. Can't play the MyCareer Mode at all. Frustrating

So i tried to upload my My player then this error code comes up(CE-34878-0) then I crash back to the home screen I then come to find out 2k deleted my my player that i had which was a 99 overall in my second season this is after i took a break from playing my career for about two weeks to play my team so then I logged in to my team this morning to find out 2k Deleted three of my diamond players Kevin Durant Derrick Rose and Blake Griffin on top of deleting my 99 my player that i put hours of work into CAN IT GET ANY WORSE WITH THIS GAME I'm so upset write now i might stop playing this game all together for a looooong time all thos hours of work for this BS i feel like 2k is purposely trying piss us off

yeah i had the same problem turns out 2k Deleted my my player

when i load my GM My online or offline saves with no custom rosters it does this...I am PISSED...i was half way through the season and finally got my team where i wanted them to be

Im staring to believe that this issue is not on the 2k end but on the psn end. (don't know if this has been mentioned, haven't read entire thread) Ive also had this code with madden and have read that playstation is looking into this issue..

Yeah, I was reading up on it and I saw a few articles talking about the error.

I was playing last night and everything was working fine. Just as it should. I havent had the error for awhile and i thought it was fixed. But today out of nowhere i get the CE-34878-0 error! I backtracked and thought if what i did different. Just before i tried to play today i bought a month trial of ps + because i didnt have any. Yesterday i didnt have ps +. So im thinking maybe becuase i bought the ps + it messed up? It also says im a 70 overall all around center when im really a 91 overall athletic PG! So idk what happened but im beyond mad.

Guys, i found a solution. If you try to load your my career and the askertisk (******) are popping up where your name should be it is something to do with the NBA today. So if you go to NBA today and the video of the daily zap from NBAcom doesnt come up then all you have to do is go to dashboard and go to the nba 2k14 app and click options on your controller. Then press delete and it will uninstall the game. But dont worry, because it will keep your saves, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. Let the game reinstall. Then you will have to recreate your myplayer. Then install the update and load your my career files. It should work. I hope this helps.

Seem like the ps plus can't keep the save data broken away

Last night i try to play mycareer,it show :"The save data appears to be corrupted. Would you like to delete the corrupted data"

then i try to delete my local save data and game data,reinstall this game and download save data from ps plus,but this game still show save data is broken

what happened on this...OMG

i just don't know why ce348780 can effect online save data
