guys you know patches now on xbox one do they just download without telling you? yet to have an notification that tells me i need to download an update

Its in the settings section on your homescreen. You mush have have ticked the box that says 'download updates automatically'

How do you take control of an offball player while playing a normal game? This is frustrating as hell just seeing that no one has an answer. To me this means it's looking like there's offball controls but no way to actually assume control of an off-ball player offensively.

when will be available 3rd patch???? I cant load the mygm. I see the gm at the table and I cant do anything....with 3rd patch i hope solved this problem!!!

I watched the real life Heat blow a 19 point lead over the Cavaliers. The Heat were up 71-52 a minute into the 4th quarter when the Cavaliers outscored them 43-20 over the course of the 3rd and 4th quarter to take a four point lead 95-91. That's what I hate about the NBA, it's so 'scripted'

Seriously, RUNS DO happen in the NBA, wide open shots are blow. We have to figure out how to minimize the damage while we are going through one of these draughts. I'll admit I get frustrated and some of the things that happen in 2K downright piss me off, but it's representative of the real game.

BTW, Miami went on to win 114-107.

Just discovered a new cheese for the AI to pull out - if you're double teamed, you can't call a timeout. Even if you call it before the other team touches the ball to cause a jump ball. Laughably stupid.

And what the HELL are my players doing running into the paint calling for the ball while I'm posted up? I love how it works that plays break down constantly when you're running them, but if you CLEARLY are not trying to run a play that it calls, the game absolutely refuses to let you freelance and everybody just sits where they are, and idiots crowd the ballhandler looking for the ball. :|

Patch did not fix crashes. Cant even start MyGm or MyCareer. Always go back to menu when I try to start one...

You should wait and see if that actually was patch #3 or not. I'm not saying you're wrong, but, you know... hopefully you are.
Otherwise this patch sounds like a disappointment.

edit. Can you check if it updated your version to 1.03?

What do you mean?

The third patch should update your version of the game to 1.03 (from 1.02). I'm not on Xbox One myself so I don't know how you'd check that (or if it's even possible on the One, but it should be).

Ok yeah i'm on xbox one but when the update occurred it was like 1248 mb. Now 2k servers are acting up, i don't know what's going on lol.

The only thing I noticed is that Pacers used their own Playbook, other than that I hardly see differences...
