My Career is fine just a few people freeze at certain moments but it's been fine for me.

Subtiles are wrong and Cutscenes cut short at times. 2k trade logic appears again and it's too scripted such as not a starter until around 30 games but other than that it's playable.

Really want to start a MYGM but it is way too broken

Well both modes are completely broken for me. I cant connect to the 2k servers anymore so I'm not even able to play anything at this point except for a quick game.

No other modes are even selectable for me at this point. Had this game for a few weeks now (xbox one) and had very few issues. Now today, I cant even play it at all. Wont let me connect to the servers, which means the game isnt even playable in any way except quick game. So i'd say this game is about as unplayable as it gets at this point. Literally unplayable for me.

I see some people say the game works for them than some the game is completely unplayable. What is the issue the servers?

For those who say the other modes don't show up as options, you might try deleting one of your five saves. If all five are full with mygm/mycareers started in online mode there is no room to start a new one in offline mode so the option to play those modes doesn't even show up in the list. Press triangle to manage files and delete a save file then you should get the option to start a mygm/mycareer in offline mode. Hope that helps.
