NBA 2K14 Title Update #3 Available Now For Xbox One & PS4 - Patch Notes Included

Simmed One season of my GM and its seems like player morale has been fixed which led to less trades only 4 total CPU trades. None of them where stupid enough to be mad at. Only problem I had was that Bosh signed a 4yr 22M contract with Kings. It seems like contracts are base on overall. bosh was only a 81 but its still very low. lebron and melo both signed with different teams which led to them getting a 4 year max deal similar to what Dwight got with Rockets in real life. Can't get a 5 year max deal in the the NBA no more unless you resign with your team which is accurate

I have "automatically download updates" checked off but I don't seem to have the patch. I just put in NBA for the first time in over a week and didn't see it downloading anything. I went into a MyCareer game that would always crash to home after finishing this game against the Suns, and it did that as usual. I'm confused as to how to see if I have the patch and if I don't how to download it. Getting frustrated because my MyCareer file is still glitched.

No disrespect intended here but why wouldn't they put all the time and effort into next gen? After all, 2k15 will be the last LASTgen 2k. I understand they need to update the 360 or ps3 versions, but their focused on their future, and they know if they don't fix these problems ASAP their company will end up like EA, and win worst company of the year two years in a row. I don't agree with everything 2k does, but let's give credit where it's due. They've worked their tales off trying to deliver what should have been delivered come release day. Bravo 2k, continue working hard!

A few people have said that there is problems with contract negotiation, where you cant change the years and numbers. Can you confirm this?

Did they fix the players warm ups? I hate how I see player wearing warm ups during very few games. Most of the time they are sitting on the bench without their warm ups.

no it won't. Did you see how long they supported the PS2 version last gen?

Every year the last gen version got at least one patch that was as beefy as this one. Happened every year, at least since 2K10, so don't bash them if you don't remember.

80%+ of 2k14s sales are on last gen so it would be wise for them not to neglect those users.

Yea i couldn't negoitate but i think thats because i didn't change the expense chart which says how much money i spend on Players payroll plus your Owner has alot to do with how much you spend in Free agency

thanks for the response. Im on PS4 and hopefully i wont have this issue. I have read comments where you cant change the amount of years or money at all. i think someone on this forum mentioned Richard Jerfferson wanting 1.8 Million for a year. And still wasnt able to negotiate or accept that contract. Im mainly a MYGM player so this is important for me lol
