Gameplay is really nice with the 2K11 Simulation sliders. I am having a blast. Can't wait to start MyGM as soon as they patch the contract bug.

My created player can't dunk post patch..... before the last patch I was tearing the basketball goal down with posterizing dunks.... now my player just does layups. Not sure if anyone else has this prob....as I've not seen.

If they don't have the uniform update by Christmas morning, what's the point. I'd like to play with the Christmas uniforms on Christmas . Also..... I have been playing offline not connected to the Internet for obvious reasons. I've had no problems with the game. My question is , can I get the uniform updates without getting the latest patch? I like how the game is playing with my sliders.

At least they fixed empty trainer conversation major glitch for MYGM mode.

Now they need to un-break Contract Negotiations and we are ready to go.

no, we're not. there is loads more issues. see my post from yesterday.there is
1. can't scout new draft prospects (scout never contacted me)
2. player trading mechanics is broken (can't add players to an offer)
3. can't hire assistant coach. (if i do so it will replace head coach(!) and leave assistand coach position empty)
4. game crashes at the all star break -> goes to ps4 dashboard

these are only some issues i had within the first 2-3 days of playing. they still persist after patch 3.

i'm back to playing nba2k14 on ps3...

cant believe the reports i'm reading, i refuse to play it until they patch it correctly, i'm sure they will in time, everything is still new, in the mean time i have went back to the pc version, yeah its not next gen, but it didn't have all these issues either. the pc community is doing great things for that game.

Did you know there is a workaround for this currently?


I can tell you how to do it:

1) In the contract negotiation - propose the lower amount that comes up by default (or really low ball to make sure the player comes back with a reply)
2) The player will respond saying we can do better, etc.
3) BEFORE you hit the X button [PS4] to bring up the screen again to adjust the numbers - press and HOLD the down button on the D Pad. WHILE HOLDING THE D PAD DOWN - press the X button
4) You will now be have access to the list of items you couldn't get to before. It's starts at the bottom and you can edit each category working your way up. PLEASE NOTE - you can't move back down once you move up to the next category - so make sure you know what you wan to propose before you start editing.

You don't have to wait.

Here is the workaround:

NONE of my big issues with MyGM (i am an association guy) have been fixed:

3. I cant scout new prospects. NO button will bring the scout to start scouting a draft prospect.

Just so you know - The user does NOT initiate the scouting process (like in current gen). After the first 15 or so games - your scout will come to you asking you who you want to scout. At that point - you can select specific players or positions, etc. He will then come back to you after each scouting report is done throughout the season.

Fixed an issue in The Park where matches were not starting appropriately, in addition to a large number of optimizations for this experience.

This is still occurring (PS4)

Addressed an issue where teams would call timeouts back-to-back in certain situations.

Don't know exactly what they mean by this but I do have instances where I call a timeout and the opposing, CPU team, calls a time immediately following mine.

Yea, not a real big deal. But, I still have the issue where the CPU takes a timeout right after I do or vice versa. Like I said not a big deal but it still happens it wasn't fixed.

I have to agree with that, I have noticed the star players seem to attack in a variety of ways after the patch. Chris Paul was damn near unstoppable when I played against the Clippers, just carving up my defense with midrange jumpers and drives off of pick and rolls, and dropping off great passes.

Yep, Chris Paul and KD have been the most noticeable so far...loving the pull up J's

Check and see if you have your dunk packages assigned properly. Otherwise assign them again. It's not the patch itself.

Thanks for the info.... I'll try to reassign when I get home, as I've already verified that they are assigned. It just started doing this.....Has not been an issue in my previous three seasons. Can't even get player to dunk on a steal/breakaway play.
