Occurs when loading the patch.....can't play game at all

When downloading the patch, I get 'installation stopped!' after 97% complete.

I can't play game, so I need to do a re-install offline.

I try to play the My Career mode offline, but game crashes.

The game is completely unplayable as I can't get to my offline OR online My Career files.

I have tried multiple times online and offline to load the patch to no avail. Basically can't play a game that I (actually) really like a lot.

Nothing. Just repetitive offline re-install of game after unsuccessfully loading the patch multiple times.

ANYTHING ELSE that might help in resolving the issue
Just waiting for a solution similar to the GTA V install solution and the original offline install solution to NBA 2k14

Mine got stuck at 97% for about 2 hours. Perhaps leave it to download over night

Its the 2k data files! Fix that! If you sync the files its still corrupted and if you dont sync you can play but does save your files after you restore system.

Year 4 of franchise. In playoffs, cannot advance calendar. My team swept round 1, and opponent has not yet completed first round. Cannot advance the calendar manually through the playoff tree page. Cannot advance the calendar on the home screen by choosing to simulate the next available date shown on the left side screen column. The option to simulate is available, but clicking it does not change anything. MyGM mode is now stuck and unplayable except for practice mode.

I have not attempted to recreate it by creating a new MyGM game save because I do not want to lose the data from my existing franchise.

I have been using just the one MyGM franchise. The current save file was created by the game automatically when I completed first round of playoffs. That occurred by a game I played as a user, and I was also awarded VC for completing the owner's goal of winning in a sweep. That is when the game save occurred.

In year 5 of My Career, No Free Agency option or any cutscenes implying that I was going to be a free agent. I am currently still on my old team with no contract. I have checked other threads, has happened to others as well. No one has commented that they have actually gotten to be a free agent.

CAN IT BE RECREATED? it gave me the jordan or nike decision. i chose Jordan, after the cutscene ended teh game brought me to the maine menu with a "2k servers are not available at this time" and asked me to make a new my player. restarted the game and it tells me to make a new myplayer everytime.

please help me

Issue: After playing a few games you go to a practice scenario and as the ball is inbounded the game freezes.

Mycareer and mygm

When I try to play mycareer it lets me play my next game but as soon as it has finished I am returned to the main menu and the game I just played hasn't happened when I go back into mycareer.

When I try to play mygm it loads up a save I have completely deleted and it will also return me to the main menu if I try to start a new mygm or try to play a game

Is anyone else having this issue? I've had enough of these problems with this game, the other issues I've had since launch were minor but this leaves me with only myteam to play which is not what I bought this game for so unless anyone knows any fixes I'll be getting rid of it

Details: Three consecutive times I've started a character and finish the game, instead of loading the next screen it goes to the NBA 2K14 home page. If I resume the career it starts from the very beginning of the game (in the tunnel pre game). And yes, it has happened three times one separate occasions, today being the latest.

New Save file.

When I start Nba 2k in Xbox One, I go to My Player Creation mode, I cant got to the main menu, is like is the first time I am playing the game. I wont go any further in the game just in case I lose my MP.

Anyone else having this problem?

it happened to me, i made a new myplayer, and its like it overwrites your appearance and name. but the save file for mycareer is still there.
you can change your look anytime.

dont take my word for it tho, thats just my experience

After the first basket of the Rookie Allstar game I get the Error Code CE-34878-0. Every time I load up the game this happens.

I paused and escaped the game mode. When I go back into the mode it launches at the inbound after the bast is scared and freezes.
