Seems to be you cannot change it. I tried to find out myself.

These little things that are just not there have been stacking up for me and I have definitely come to the conclusion that this game was rushed.

No dunk contest.
No freestyle practice with my career player.
Lack of character customization.
Terrible UI.
Can't stack game day gear.
Multiple textures missing.
No way to change your social media name.

The list goes on...
