Welp, here we go again. 2k servers just caused me to lose out on a 3 star pack for a domination game, and I also got the blue screen CE-34878 error while waiting on the game to try to connect to the server. What a joke 2k. I can't believe that 2k has ruined all the good will they have built up over the past years with the mess that NBA 2k has been on next gen. I never would have thought that the game would ever have this many problems. I was thinking that next gen would be able to alleviate many problems, but a lot of issues have gotten even worse. SMH.

@Ronnie2k 's twitter feed is literally getting hammered by a new tweet every 5 seconds from people enraged about the servers still crashing.

People are saying some pretty awful stuff. Dude's going to want to ask 2k for a bodyguard. Can't blame them for being pissed, but well, the Internet.

So I win a MyTeam game to advance a seed and exit, and the servers go out. I go back in, it says I never played that game and the servers go back out. Then I try to go in and it takes me to the xbox dashboard. I try to turn back on the game and now it won't even turn on. This game is terrible.

Yeah this has been a Wack experience for me as well. Was in the middle of adding points to my player and 2ks server went down and it has not been added back nor have I been able to get back into the mode. Had the same issue with my player on the 360 in the beginning. Had a gang of VC invested and lost it all. Called 2k stayed on hold for 1 hour on to get some one and then they fast talked me and got off the phone. Called back and escalated this issue via email and I have not heard from anyone yet and that was 1 week after the initial launch. I really hate to bash the company, but they are really stinking it up with this years release. Going to buy live in the morning and if it is remotely decent I am not purchasing 2k15. Back to the 360 version of 2k I go. This horrible and it doesn't appear that they are remotely interested in fixing any of these issues or at least rectifying it.

I don't believe they deserve any sympathy for their servers going down. If every major title such as Call of Duty can have stable servers with an exponentially bigger load than 2k has, why can't 2k do it as well?

There are no excuses at this point. It can be done, and should be done, but 2k is not getting it done. I wish I could go down to 2k studios and just have a conversation with the networking team and give them a real good talking to haha

I'd rather see 2K15 take a huge hit in sales.

Filing a lawsuit would do almost nothing for the foreseeable future. If a suit was filed this month, it probably wouldn't be heard in court until the end of the year, after the release of 2K15. The court system is jam packed.

If news about this unbelievable debacle were to pick up some legitimate steam, then maybe we can make enough of a dent in sales for Take Two to actually hear the consumers, and devs, out.

Hit their public image, then credibility, then sales figures. Systematically take them apart.

They're not afraid of lawsuits. They have lawyers for that.

We need to come off of that mode of thinking, and try to figure out how some real impact can be made.

Did you buy VC and apply it to this character?

Yea, it kinda does. You have to also get the attention of the soccer moms who bought the game for their 11 year old, and the unacceptable nature of what's going on might not be conveyed.

Gotta reach the siblings and significant others who might be thinking of buying the game for someone as a gift.

Gotta reach the people who might not know that it's a widespread issue, and they didn't just have a "bad copy."

As long as those people help pad the sales numbers, what exactly is the incentive for Take Two to change the business model they've adopted? A couple thousand people complaining - while the game sells millions?

That's not enough for immediate change. EA didn't start exploring ways to appease the gamer with Madden's issues until Madden '10. That was after the sales figures fell each year with Madden 06, 07, 08, & 09.

The fact that we still haven't heard anything from Take Two or 2K is all the proof that you need that the noise isn't at the right decibel yet.

Correct. Just don't buy 2k15 this year and the message will be heard by those folks @ 2K.
