Got a PS4 at Christmas for NBA 2K14, but it has the most **** servers I've seen. It was installing all day on Christmas, then I cant even play it on St. Steven's Day because of the servers, yesterday they actually worked, but now they're down again today. My Player has just been deleted for some ****ing reason and now I cant even play MyGM or MyCAREER because of all the VC crap.

Just tried to upgrade my player, the game threw me back to the main menu, I restarted the game and then I had to create a new My Player, all my settings were back to default aswell. Never seen such awful servers, I hope 2K didn't screw my save files. If they did I don't think I will play this game ever again.

Same here but I didn't recreate a player. If I get that prompt I quit the game and launch again until it restores my player. But yeah my game keeps going to the main menu when upgrading. Wtf

I have been able to get into myteam and open some reward packs, but it only lasts for a couple of minutes before I get booted out. It sucks because I'm really close to finishing off an historic pack. Hopefully I'm able to play soon....

This is really ridiculous.... weekend after Christmas and can't even play any of the game that I want to play. Just SMH at how bad this is.

Been having trouble all day yesterday and today, literally cannot play any modes right now because the servers are down. Can't play MyPlayer or MyGM, who thought this always online bull$h!t was a good idea?

I was playing my career last night no problem. Today the second I load it when it says My Career Staring it just comes up as *********** This then it will switch to my name and then I get the error code and it sends me to the main menu. I better not lose MyCareer because I am in febuary and i spent alot of time on this.

Haha, funny because I can't play Live 14 UT, I can't play my Madden connected career, I can't get online with BF4..... But I'm a 2k apologist.... Funny.

I can play Madden no problem, FIFA 14 no problem, Forza 5 no problem, AC4 no problem. Only problem - NBA 2K14. The problem has nothing to do with XBL or PSN, 2K have already admitted it's a problem on their end.

It's more than just 2k14. I understand 2k's issues have been worse than others but to say it is only on them is a false statement.

I'll just go play CG 2K while NG gets fixed

I can't play MyCareer because of the servers and I am tired of waiting. What happens if I decide to start MyCareer offline? Can I still gain VC? What are the disadvantages?

I think the VC you earn will only be available to that specific myplayer, and any VC you earn outside of myplayer (i.e. that is connected to the 2K server) will not be available to that offline myplayer.

you guys all have more patience than i do. my gf today said 'it seems like you spend more time stressing about this game than any other one'. seems to be true. i think this game has crossed into the unfun dept. all the bugs, glitches, broken aspects, crappy servers, etc. gonna go trade the game in here in a little bit.

there's no reason to settle for this kind of product and i've lost all faith in 2k sports.
