I've been having a lot of fun with Battlefield 4 today. If only EA put this much work into Live...

To tell the truth, Live actually has a nice foundation. Downloaded the demo while the servers have been down. Presentation is A+, accessories and everything small are A+...just the graphics and a good amount of gameplay are an eye sore.

Nevertheless, this isn't the Live thread, so I'll stay on topic -- this is honestly a terrible annoyance. I really hope they don't reset anything once the server comes back on, because I've been doing very well with my MyCAREER while this has been down.

EA put a hell of a lot more effort into Live, because they didn't make BF4, just published it...

Although the same could be said of NBA 2K14... Which was developed by Visual Concepts.

The difference? 2K has complete control over the NBA 2K feature set and User experience, EA does not over BF4

I haven't had a single issue with BF4 on NG.

Have you just started playing it?

Up until a week ago it was basically unplayable. It still has issues for me

It was new instead of the checking for internet connection message which is now back.

The OS twitter feed is putting lots of pressure on 2K, retweeting people's complaints
