As an update, when the load was high yesterday my 90 OVR PG looked like a SF All-around OVR 79. Starting the career would show my name as **** and crash to dashboard (on XB1)

When the load was low this morning, I clicked MyCareer OVR 79 SF and it found who I was and replaced my save game back to my 90 OVR PG. Only missing some expensive game day gear, dunk packages and attributes, but at least I haven't lost everything/progress in season.

Am able to connect to servers now, but when i load myGM save all my upgrades are gone, probably around 30k of VC out the window Man its hard to love this game...

A guy on twitter mentioned something about not signing in to your profile until the game required it. Idk how or why but so far MyCareer is working when last night it wasn't. I still had the messed up position and overall at first but all my attributes and game day gear was correct. Figured I'd relay the message to you guys here.

My status so far
Was down along with the entire world for a week after Christmas Day.
Was finally able to play yesterday, no crashes when it worked.
Today, first launch, it crashed after contacting 2k servers. I said uh oh
Tried again and loaded mycareer, and right now sitting on the bench waiting to get subbed in. Everything seems fine after that hiccup. Oh and it took like 2 minutes to load (black screen of.. Nap?)


Off topic:
Idk if this is an update, but I always noticed my teammates never wore warm up suits while sitting on the bench.. But I just noticed yesterday my teammates are wearing them.. Which is a plus.

Scratch that, just noticed the opposing team isn't wearing them. And why isn't Steve Kerr and company at the commentator desk?

I did. Playing NBA Today game yesterday and it was D. Rose and the Bulls vs Rudy Gay and the Rapts.

back up, but I can't load my old myGM file now, I made a new one
but when I go back to load the new one it just crashes to the home screen

Server was up for me yesterday, then clicked on Locker Codes and it kicked me to my XB1 Home Screen and then couldn't get back in. Tried again, went to MyCareer, same thing. SMH.

Yeah, something is really off. Honestly with each passing day it's seeming more and more like an epic failure with the game this year.

I really don't see any way that they can really fix this game this year. It seems that we are just at a point where they are in a complete cascade failure. As each domino falls it just builds momentum. They put in a system where everything has to be online basically to support their VC system and they apparently don't have the online infrastructure to support it. The truly bizarre part is completely disabling local saves. The fact that even the rosters that you create yourself can't be saved to your own console is just ridiculous.

Instead of stepping slowly into this new generation with these changes, they dumped them on us all at once and they seem to be totally lost as to how to manage it all now that the entire thing is collapsing.

I think the entire thing has been made 1000 times worse by their complete lack of disclosure on this. The only thing we get as far as info goes is from Ronnie who comes off as a mix of smug and useless. I understand he's just an advertising guy at this point, but having him be your spokesman while the game is DOA is just making everyone even angrier. Instead of information we get a pre-game intro animation. Seriously?

I know many people can say it and not mean it, but I'm not buying 2K15 next year if the online only modes, the online roster/game save structure and the current VC system remains. They have found a way to make EA and Microsoft both seem like friendlier options as a company. I agree with the Kotaku article when it says that it's a terrible combination of the BF4 and Forza catastrophes combined into one and turned up to 11. Terrible micro transactions, horrible online code, intentionally screwed up in game economy and a company that refuses to do anything other than bury their head in the sand and send out Bahgdad Bob every few hours to tell us that everything is great.

Other than Sim City, this might be the biggest total clusterf@#k that I've seen in a long time.

Ronnie2k is awful at the game and probably doesn't even care about anything besides getting paid. probably doesn't even watch sports.

I can connect to MyGM, can level up, haven't lost my progress but... Can't advance through the Playoffs 😡, however I don't think this glitch is on the server. Must be code that will have to be patched.

People saying they won't buy 2K15 will be the same people to get it opening night lol
