I mean, I started a Nets MyGM about two weeks ago. When I started it, I had about 8,000 VC.

I've played 7 games, I've used the app to get free VC every day, I've used the free locker codes given out to get more VC, and right now I'm at 40,000 VC, and that's after I spent quite a bit to upgrade my GM.

    How is VC a problem?

Not everybody wants a Facebook or Twitter account. You get nowhere without locker codes and 2K mobile app. Some people just want to play. They bought an expensive box like ps4 and an expensive game. now on top of that you need extra devices and a bunch of social media accounts to actually do something in this game.

    Clearly not for everyone.

If major changes aren't made I wont be buying the game. To all the guys that keep saying "you guys are going buy the game anyways". Just cause you let someone bend you over a barrel and don't care. That doesn't mean everyone else is like that. I get my real life dose of playing bball at the park so I don't need a video game to get my fix. VC needs to be in MyTeam only and this always online crap needs to be fixed.

I know they won't but 2k should scrap the always online from 2k15.

I've bought 2k every year for over 10 years. I will not be buying next year until I see what the forums here have to say about it and after the first couple patches are released. Even then that might not be enough for me to return.

I don't think that the problem is the outrageous ratios of earn to cost because it is pretty generous my MyPlayer is pretty much maxed out at a 95 and I'm in March. This brings up the issue because that is the only thing I've spent my VC on, the problem is micro transactions, because let's be honest to enjoy all the game modes you have to buy VC, but micro transactions has no business being in a sports game especially if said micro transactions control the whole game which is exactly what 2K is aiming for.

That's the thing. The server issues are VC related. If there was no VC, there would be no always-on requirements and if there were no always on requirements there would be no server issues in offline game modes and the servers would be used to do something useful actually allowing us to play the online modes with less issues.
