Black screen

I haven't had the black screen before the opening cinematic for awhile but now when I've tried to start the game I have the black screen forever and no cinematic load... I tried closing app and restarting, restarting ps4 still black screen. Anyone else see this? Any fixes?

Ive had that happen and when I hit the home button on my xbox one and click back on it, it works

Yeah I've tried that still not working...been waiting 10 plus minutes now on this attempt...sigh

When that happened on my XBox One, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it worked

If you uninstall you lose all progress and vc though right?

Yup - I get this once in awhile. Hit the xbox button and sign out of your profile and see what happens. Sometimes I have to sign in/out a couple times then it works. And by works I mean I can then get to the main menu and none of the actual game modes will work since the servers are made out of paper clips and rubber bands.

I've had this problem on my PS4 a few times as well. The loading [I timed it] takes about 35-40 seconds sometimes, but it does work.

I tried a lot of stuff to get around this, nothing ever worked. This only happened AFTER Patch #3 was released as I never had that problem before. Your best bet is to just wait it out, eventually it'll go back to loading quick- it did for me.

I uninstalled then reinstalled and first thing that happens in the black screen I was irate. I waited a few minutes and it worked. My previous GM and my player were still there and it hasn't done it since.

I just got this yesterday. It was only for about 25-45 seconds of black screen. It ended up starting with no problems. I will keep you guys updated if the problem persists but so far nothing.

I get it right after the screen with all the team logos and before the screen that says 17 years...at first I was closing the app, now I just leave it alone and eventually it starts, after a few minutes.
