I went to start a New MyGM and my teams roster are not getting all the skill perks/attribute upgrades from my facilities and skill levels that I have already. The guys I trade for get all of them and often see a +6 to their overall rating. Any player that begins on my roster on a new game maybe are a +2 at best. Is their a trick to getting my current guys the rating boosts I paid VC for? I am on Xbox One.

If you are making a lot of trades, your team chemistry took a hit which causes the ratings to drop...only way to bring it up is to win games and not make any more trades. I still don't know where to actually find the team chemistry rating though and there's no way to turn it off like in past years but I know it exists b/c there is a coaching skill to reduce its effects. -

Yeah I am talking about the offensive awareness, quickness, and durability boosts that anyone who joins my team gets. Whatever team I begin with literally gets no ratings boosts, but if someone joins my team via draft, trade, free agency they get a lot of rating increases because of my GM level and the facility upgrades I have maxed out.Comment

They get more than just what I listed, another one gives them a higher peak rating grade there are quite a few in total, I have all the player facility upgrades maxed out. Sometimes guys I add get as much as a +10 to their overall ratings.Comment
