If you go to the Quick Play nonsense it's in the menus there. If you create a roster, at the end of it you can upload it. Then search for your own file and download it in My GM. Make note, not all changes will take effect. I changed some of my players contracts, just extended them and kept their money the same or higher in the later years and they still went FA after the first season.

The real question should be how can I delete my custom roster since there seems no way to delete it.
