Finally got my patch and I can say the clearest changes I can see are to rotations and on ball defense.

-weak side rotates better to the restricted area and to the three point line

-on ball d syncing is improved. And recovery by the on ball defender to an offensive player whos backing up by the CPU is quicker. Still some pursuit angle problems.

-blocking is more responsive

-contact animations trigger a tad more

-dunks in traffic seem to happen more frequently

- CPU tendencies seem to matter more. Durant was crossing over and sizing up a mismatch. Lillard danced around a pick and found a jumper.

I agree and this patch has made a world of difference for me gameplay wise. I particularly am noticing that individual players and team styles are more true to life and realistic...I applaud 2k for the effort a patch this late in the cycle is usually unheard of...

this game is awesome, i just beat 2 dudes that had a record of 212-22 with the Bulls, they had the Pacers and Heat, I made them play as my pace which is use the shot clock as much as possible. Them two games were close to the very end.

I just don't like how the patch seemed to reset quarter length without any notification. I only play MyCareer which I had set at 10 minute quarters. After finally downloading the patch, I went straight into the next game in MyCareer, only to notice the quarter was starting at 6:00...so I quit the game and even tried restarting the PS4, but both times I went back into MyCareer, it went straight into the same game...didn't have a chance to change settings for that particular game.

Really annoying because my player's 5-game double-double streak came to an end as a result of the shortened game (still finished with an impressive 15-6-5) and the 64-56 final scoreline looks really out of place lol when all games hover around 90-105 points.

I am seeing some minor changes. One of which is the queued pass button. I have yet to have my guy pass the ball after a collision animation.
This has cut my turnovers down drastically. I may now create a point guard... again.

Also, the game score was not over 100. Haven't seen this in a long, long time.

I've no seen it once in three games. But not a bad one, only passed after about 2 seconds. Still made the play.

Since the patch I haven't been able to play myTeam because my "roster is out of date." The roster is default out of date on quick game as well. Is there any fix to this?

How about fixing the servers 2k?

That the last thing on 2k minds. There servers been like that for years and they still did not fix it. It better be fixed in 2k15.

Its sad when the most dominant become greedy and complacent. 2K let me down for the last time.
The last patch improved game play but did not fix the late passing bug and the my career contract issue.

I am not a fan of EA but maybe they will be hungry in October.

Are you people sure that you had even enough games to determine that the patch affected the gameplay? Personally it still plays the same an to the person who said that queued passing has improved well, it still plays the same for me.

I've stated this as well. In my opinion I don't feel like gameplay has been improved for the better or worse. I play everyday, I think those who said they noticed a change are those who haven't played the game in a while. I'm surprised 2k has said absolutely nothing about the fact that they left the shoes out.

I am confident without a doubt in the changes I have listed. I would not agree with the passing because I've had delayed passes, but the blocking is EASILY the most noticeable change. On ball defense next. Other things take an astute eye.

But game play changes have been confirmed, so its not just imagination.

Same here, there's no differences in the gameplay. I think it's a placebo effect for some people honestly.

And that's the thing, the gameplay is solid to me but it's just issues from last gen are still present. Don't tell us you built from the bottom when it's obvious you didn't. And where are the damn shoes lol?
