Gamescom Nominees.

Ok, so I'm not sure how relevant this will be depending on how it works, but these are the nominees for best sports game this year for gamescom.

• FIFA 15
• Forza Horizon 2
• PES 2015

Last year 2k14 was nominated....


Is there some reason, like 2k15 isn't part of a conference and is just going to be playable? Does that even matter?
Not sure how to feel about this.

I know we are beating a dead horse here but 2K14 wasn't this great NG experience. The game was plagued with a lot issues and why should a game we know pretty much nothing about be nominated for this award. FIFA have been doing videos detailing new changes and stuff. This is the year 2K is going to loose a lot of fan base and realise the direction they chose with NG NBA2K was the wrong one and if Live does bring out a much better title than Live 14 things will get interesting heading into 2K16 & Live 16.

lol go drive a race car for a few hours and let me know how you feel

you can lose litterally 10-20 pounds just from 1 race

We usually get some gameplay vids from DaWolf and JerseyReign (if I remember correctly) plus some other vids from other people. Who from OS is going this year ?

Just because it's gonna be present doesn't mean there'll be demo booths available though. I'm hoping there will be but in the past they released a lot more information prior to Gamescom. It'd be kinda random if they already show gameplay before the sizzle trailer. I wouldn't complain though.

I hope we get to see more foot planting and a overhauled UI and menu system. NG 2K14's menus were far and away the worst looking menus I've ever seen in a video game.

Its going to be playable on the show floor probably no video officially allowed again though. And the show is already sold out as far as I know. Ill be there on wednesday press day and will of course report back here. Hope to get the preview done before I go on vacations two days later. my excitement level for nba 2k15 is pretty low tbh cause I feel like I´m playing the same game for the last 5 years with the same issues and I dont expect it to feel very different this year. If it does and its not just some minor tweaks I´ll happily report that of course. fingers crossed.

edit: im talking about gameplay here - thats all i care about.
