Im very happy with every details I hear about 2k15! Quick question since we will now have a 13 active roster (nice!), will the auto sub feature still spread the minutes for the whole 13 players, or can we set it like a 8-9 man rotation, to which wont heavily affect the roles?

Just a curious one, of course without this I can still use the manual sub option, though at times I prefer to do auto sub thing and let the CPU do the subs for me

Bench Depth has been converted to a range between 5 and 13 and affects rotations in a revamped way along with a new slider called Bench Utilization. Bench Utilization is a 0-100 slider which determines how much the coach goes to the however many players he brings in off the bench. Different coaches will have different strategies and utilize completely different rotations from other coaches.

So, for example, I could have a coach with a low bench depth and high bench utilization, meaning that although few players come off the bench, they all get plenty of minutes. A low bench depth and low bench utilization means the coach brings few players off the bench and even then doesn't play them a lot.

Any combination, really.

I would love an auto sub feature. I always have to manually bring in my sixth man at the 8 minute mark, swap out my PG and PF at the 4 minute mark, bring in my bench unit for the second quarter, etc.

I do the same subs every game unless it's a close game or if someone's in foul trouble,so a feature like this would be useful.

Or at least having customizable situational lineups that I could name, like 2nd quarter unit, blow out unit, my closing unit for close games,etc

Also, I need to see the stamina for all my players on the on court substitution thing like we used to in the last generation 2k games

Man Leftos you and the crew ain't right. I was hoping to keep playing 2K14 until I could get my hands on 2K15. After this thread though and these nuggets dropped in the last few pages, I can't take my mind off this mode long enough to give 14 the time of day.

Will you guys fix the signature skills so that we still have a good likelihood of having our players develop them, even if we don't have a coach who has that specific trait?

For example, I played 3 seasons of nba 2k15, the full 82 games for 48 minute quarters and most of my team was under 30 years old, yet only after my second season, in which I hired an assistant coach who helps players get signature skills, did my players ever develop them.

So will there be changes to how it works?

Just wondering ... will some of the old features regarding the draft classes be back, such as the scrimmages, 2v2, 3v3 etc? Or maybe even more in-depth like a draft combine?

As a Sixers fan. I could not play realistically because if I sat Nerlens Noel for the season he would get disgruntled and demand a trade. Can we choose to have preexisting injuries so I can have Embiid out for the season, and have Paul George out for the year?

Also, any way to get Dario Saric in the game after season 2?

If your real beef is you want it online then just be honest and say that instead of discrediting the tons of work they have put into myleague, acting as if it's nothing but 'small' additions.

This amount of customization makes Madden's career stuff look stoneage. It's ground breaking for sports games career modes.

Now, I already have the game pre-ordered, don't get me wrong. I'm not going to change that based on your answer to this question.

I played 2K14 on PS3, because I didn't have a PS4 at the time (I finally got one last month). One thing was removed from that game that was in 2K13--and I'd really like to know about it, since as minor as it was, I loved using it...and if this was in PS4 2K14, forgive me.

Is the animation for underhand free throws back in the game?

YES! The mode us offline players have been DYING for for years now. This has me so excited for 2K15. I've not bought at 2K NBA game at launch in I think 3 years. That streak is now over.
