A few tidbits:
Couch Co-op = YES.
I started a new MyLEAGUE earlier today, in the 8th season now. The number of 90+ players in the league in year 8 is the same number as in year 1. Anyone who has a history with our game knows how great that is.
I've seen a few questions about setting injuries manually. That isn't something we support in the game right now. If you guys need it, I'll see if we can add it before ship. No promises, so don't hold it against me if it doesn't make it!
You can trade picks up to 3 years in advance now (instead of 1).
Really, this mode is for you guys. Once you get it, I want to hear what you like, what you don't like, and what you think is missing.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
Outstanding news. What a wonderful redirection toward NBA replication. Further, outstanding media delivery. Kudos to OperationSports for the in-depth interview (and 2K's cooperation). It honestly felt like I was reading an OS archived NBA 2K3 interview with Derrick Aynaga. I'll take detailed breakdowns like this any day over hype videos with hashtags and style over substance. Well done, folks.
Some of my favorite aspects mentioned:
-The return of local saves
-Classic teams still present
-VC not being at all required (but still being earn-able)
-16 body part durability, with players capable of breaking down
-Career-ending injuries
-Accessories added to injured players
The majority of this article was gold. For an NBA simulation, I tend to believe in the mantra, "When in doubt, try to imitate real life." This is a great return step in the right direction with many new fun additions to boot. Here's hoping this is just the beginning.
I do not tend to be a guy who knee jerks in one direction or the other very easily ("Not buying!" vs. "Pre-ordering now!) and I understand there's still a long way to go. However, I must say, NBA 2K15 has my attention.

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
simballer
i would have to see manual injuries is a MUST at this point in gaming.
whats the point of trying to have a realistic myleague if guys like paul george are going to be playing in 2014? If I'm mid myleague and another star goes out for the year i dont want to have to restart myleague i wana just go "hey let me add that injury to him quick" just like in MLB the show
this also refers to being able to add/remove injuries to rosters but thats not as important since they reset at the start of myleagueLast edited by turty11; 08-07-2014, 09:13 PM.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
Another little thing that I know you guys have been asking for...
Any user-controlled teams will NOT have their minutes reset going into MyLEAGUE. So if you've downloaded or created a custom roster that has rotations set-up a certain way, those will remain as-is going into the mode if you select that team as user-controlled at the start of the mode."Don't complain about the show if the ticket is free."Comment
